Thank you, Karen. I appreciate Stephanie being so open about her journey. ❤️
I've watched Stephanie for years and it was great to "see" her again!!! Enjoyed the interview so much!
I just want to give Stephanie a hug! I can identify with a lot of what she said regarding anxiety. We often hold ourselves to such unrealistic standards and wonder why we have anxiety and depression. I'm so glad Stephanie has found help and is working on being healthy in mind and spirit. What an amazing creative! What an amazing journey. Life IS a journey and it isn't an easy one. Anyone who makes it seem easy isn't being honest.
I'm so glad to see Stephanie back in front of the camera. Sending every woman love and strength for the journey and wherever it takes you.
Thank you Karen and Stephanie for such an honest video discussing mental health issues. No doubt there will be many that this discussion will help. Mental health issues need to be normalized as health issues that many deal with - and need to seek help with. There should be no more shame for seeking help with our mental health than seeking help with a physical medical issue.
i love Stephanie's books and patterns. I've made several of her patterns. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. Her videos were especially helpful. I made one called "Ribbon Candy" and one called "Frequency". Both are beautiful quilts that I have given to people I love. Take care of yourselves and thank you, Stephanie for sharing your life, your love of quilts and your ability to teach me how to make a beautiful quilt!
Very funny about the 3/8" seam allowance. I had been sewing on my machine for 30 yrs but it wasn't until I started quilting that I found out I didn't know where the 1/4" seam allowance was. Assumed after all those years I knew. Quilting regularly keeps me humble after 50+ years of sewing.
Hi from South Australia-So happy to see Stephanie back I enjoy watching her
Life has many of us struggling mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Thanks so much for doing this interview and thanks so much for being honest and open. Every day be like climbing a mountain to those of us who struggle and when you look fine, people think you are okay. Bravo. Your are fighting 3 times as hard to get done with you need to get done. That is one strong woman. Sending you good vibes for your future successes and next adventure.
Great interview Karen. I have followed Stephanie since I came across her while searching for ways to fold my fabric for best storage. Still use the method to this day. So happy to see her take care of herself and wish her much success on her comeback. Very courageous woman.
I have learnt soooo much from both of you lovely ladies , thankyou ,l appreciated your time & effort with every thing , Australia
She is very resilient. I used to watch her videos❤ I really admire her being able to slowly overcome her challenges.
Thanks for this interview. I’ve been subscribed to her for a few years. I enjoy her channel.
Karen, thank you for interviewing Stephanie. I watched her TH-cam channel for years. On her channel now, Stephanie and her friend Chantal have a live about every two weeks, usually on a Friday night where they sit, sew and chat. It's quite fun to watch.
I’ve watched Stephanie during COVID and after. She’s a lovely person and very relatable. I appreciate the both of you. ❤
Thank you for this time. Well done.
Thank you for sharing. I really enjoyed your videos. Good to see you again
Thank you both for sharing the growth pains we all go through but tell no one! Stefanie I loved your work
Ive followed her for a long time, such a journey ❤❤❤
The fabric and patterns I have from Stephanie are first class. I was sorry to hear that she was stepping back from the business, but didn't blame her, either. She's a good, honest teacher and I would always feel inspired by her TH-cam videos.
Hi Stephanie. Miss you!
Wow. I am across the river in Iowa
I loved Fons and Porter. And Alex Anderson
Dear me, I thought this meant Stephanie was literally sobbing.
My apologies. Spellcheck is not always in my favour
❤❤❤❤
❤
YOu should change your viceo title to accurately spell her name. How could yoou overlook this?????
Spellcheck is not always in my favour. Thanks for bringing it to my attention
There are many ways you could have brought this to attention in a kind way @ShadowMoonFarms.
Lady, you have typo’s and it’s probably because of spellcheck so maybe grant the same courtesy to Karen. 😂
Communication is getting your message across to a person or group of people, most typos are not egregious enough stop communication. BTW this is essentially free content just raising awareness of the typo would be sufficient.
Just being a mom. She just lost my respect!! I can understand why she spends a lot of her time being anxious and depressed.
