For preview of possible charges that our beloved Mr. DeCastro may soon be facing regarding his jail call attacks on Judge Zimmerman, see the Dowling case posted today on _Our Nevada Judges_ . This is a sentencing hearing. At about the 20:30 mark the judge begins describing the facts and laws for the various offences.
The first offense is not of interest to us. Battery on an (peace) officer. Dowling fought with a cop, and Chili didn't.
The other charges, however, are of interest. Extortion. Cyber stalking. Attempted Intimidation of a Public Officer. Intimidation of a Public Officer.
The public officers are a councilman and a hearing officer (judge) for protection orders.
The extortion (blackmail) was trying to influence the judge to change the protective order (he wanted the no contact order removed from the protective order he himself had requested, so he could see (visit) his boyfriend in jail). Both threats of violence and to "impugne disrepute" were involved.
I'll let you listen to the rest.
I think Chili may have committed extortion, cyberstalking, and intimidation. Have a listen and lets analyze if his jail calls meet all of the criteria.

An appeal of a misdemeanor case almost certainly doesn't cost more than $10,000, despite his claim to the contrary (I've researched and written numerous appellate briefs in misdemeanor cases and never taken much more than 8 hours to do so.)

A judge would not retaliate for a speech judges are honorable and they have integrity and they would never do such a thing that you're articulating they would do as if it's okay. What these frauditors have been lying to you about is the court have been very clear that while filming police on city streets is legal and protected, the police CAN implement reasonable requirements to do so for officer safety and as to not interfere. See TPM restrictions.

Frauditors have gotten away with this stuff for years because the court system was backlogged and police and district attorneys were trying to figure out what the right approach was.

If you are out of order you can be charged with contempt. It should have no bearing on a separate charge unless you are trying to make the argument that the judge reacted with emotion rather than just doing things by the book.

He's a serial liar. He's recorded himself flat out lying about interactions too many times to count. There's nothing wrong with recording police, but that's not what he does. He inserts himself into situations, agitates, and forces the very interactions that he then lies about, all to drive content for his channel and make money.

He definitely isn't "creating a better future." The abusive tactics used by him and other frauditors are having exactly the opposite effect. Jurisdiction after jurisdiction are now having to pass new laws protecting public employees from harassment. These laws result in FEWER freedoms for law-abiding citizens, not more freedoms. This will be Chille's legacy.

He seemed to be ignorant of the habitual criminal's past: he lost 7 out of 8 civil lawsuits; lost 8 out of 9 criminal cases; lost 15 out of 16 traffic citation cases; lost 9 out of 12 personal protection orders. There are two current arrest warrants on him. There are 12 pending cases, some civil and some criminal. His guilty plea in criminal stalking of a girl while he was juvenile was sealed, but he confessed in a youtube video and said he wished he had not plead guilty.
