does these lenses help with vertical phoria? I have overlapping symptoms from both and not sure which one it is. It can either be horizontal or vertical. But just need to hear your opinion regarding whether it will help me or not if my problem is vertical phoria.
Yes, you can add vertical prism to neurolenses as well, and these lenses can be adjusted multiple times. One and done can happen, but it can be tweaked if needed.

Great question. I wouldn't expect your vision to get worse due to the extra work, but it could cause increased fatigue, headaches, dry eyes, and even vertigo. LASIK or glasses won't change much of that, so I'll leave it up to you! Good luck with school!!
