Change sprocket size in CBR 150r to 14/ 44T Rolon and will overcome low torq issue. In Indonesia and Thai, they modify a lot in CBR's interestingly.

Can you tell me about the vibrations on higher RPMs ? (Above 6.5k). I am facing vibrations on higher RPMs. Not too bad but there is this constant buzz on the handlebars whenever i cross 6.5-7k RPM on any gear. I agree it is a single cyl engine with 25 bhp so some vibes are expected. But i read many comments saying it is butter smooth. For me, the butter smooth feeling is only on 6th gear at around 90 kmph.
My cbr literally does 160 very smoothly
