The Honda CBR 250R is quite powerful machine. It comes with a 250cc , single-cylinder, liquid cooled engine. This engine develops 25bhp of power and about 23Nm of torque. Being a 250cc, it has decent performance. The CBR 250 R is quite flexible. It is a good bike to use in the city and is also a decent tourer. Many enthusiasts have been touring on it and it is a reliable performer.
The CBR 250R, though being a powerful bike returns decent fuel efficiency of about 28-30 km/l. Being a 250cc, high revving bike, the fuel efficiency is decent. This figures are in real riding conditions and may vary from rider to rider.
The 2018 Honda CBR 250R was available in four colour options

Matte Axis Grey Metallic with Matte Orange

The Honda CBR 250R is now updated as 250rr and 300r . It was believed that the one sold internationally will come to India, but its not the case. The basic design and styling remains the same, however, it looks more premium and attractive due to the new colour scheme and the graphics it comes with. The 2018 Honda CBR 250R gets body-colour matching pinstripes on the sidewalls of the wheels. The new bike also gets an all-black treatment for the alloy wheels, exhaust and also the rear fenders.
The 2018 Honda CBR250R looked more attractive and truly refreshed as compared to the outgoing 2011 model. The looks are now enhanced. The all-LED headlamp is a major change and it also has a digital/analogue instrument cluster. Dual channel ABS, which is optional and also other features are continued from the earlier model.
The new CBR 250R uses the diamond frame chassis with telescopic front fork and rear Pro-Link mono shock suspension. The same 17-inch alloy wheels do duty here and 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tyres remain. Brakes are 296mm front and a 220mm rear disc brake with optional dual-channel ABS.
The Honda CBR 250R is quite a powerful bike. It has a claimed top speed of 145km/h. However, the bike feels best while cruising at 90-120 km/h. The engine remains pretty smooth at these speeds.

Those who loved CBR250R would always love CB300R, yes CB300R uses the same engine of 250R and a little more bore, fine tuned to give more torque in the low end.... I own a cb300r.... Fantastic bike... however it is not that famous..... Eventually one day Honda would stop cb300r due to its low sales and after 10 years we will see a review under "Lost Legends" topic...

Its an enjoyable bike...maintenance is slightly less than Bullet 350.
My mechanic who is experienced in bullet is able to service CBR250R.
Its rev happy bike...
Honda should reintroduce this bike...
