I haven't played it. A friend of mine has a Black Tour and a Silver Pro (or vice versa), I mean the heavy versions. There's always a need for comfort-oriented rackets for people who have suffered for injuries and still wanna play tennis. It seems a nice option for players with short swings. Why not like it?
On the other hand, I played the Tecnifibre TF-X1 300 which is supposed to be a Technifibre Clash, but it was too stiff, too powerful and too launchy. Seeing Moutet using it, I said it was impossible after the injury he has suffered on his left arm and he does the 1-handed backhand now, but there's a ton of lead to I guess it's much better than the stock form.

Very similar opinion to you but I would not say I 'hate' it but certainly dislike it though as I am not a beginner or intermediate and do not even contemplate racquets that are bulky in the first place its not even something I would come to form any emotional thought. It is for beginners and that is it period.
I actually demoed V2 'Pro' of it back early 2022 and I recall hitting against a wall with it and felt like I could literally hit any shot and it would go in the direction I wanted however there was nil quality to it and nil control.
What Wilson did for the Trash is a worse version of what they did for Wilson Shift which is just a wonder racquet for intermediates.
I dont know where Wilson went wrong but why they just dont focus on the good few lines they have and make them even better is beyond me..

I play with the clash pro V1. I’ve been playing for a LONG TIME (started with a Wilson Jack Kramer) and have had elbow problems over the years due to stiff frames. The clash is comfortable and gives me a little extra pop, which is greatly needed. Because I’m not a string breaker, I string it at 55 with a full bed of gut. Thanks to Wilson for their efforts to create this frame. It’s clearly not for high level players, but it’s exactly what I need.

One question if possible. I am writing to you from Armenia. I am 33 years old (58кг 166-168cm height). I have wanted to learn to play tennis for a long time. I found a coach for myself, and today was my 9th lesson. I was able to play with him 10 times already😁😁😁. I really like the videos on your channel, and I've learned a lot from watching them too. So here's my question... Could you recommend 1-2 specific tennis racquets that are suitable for a beginner player like me but also that have really good quality? I can order them from the United States or Europe, so that's not a problem. Also, I believe a larger head size would be beneficial to easily hit the ball ( BUT IF THE TREND IS SHIFTING TO 98 HEAD SIZE, MAYBE BETTER ME TO START FROM THERE?) . Also what you think is it better for me to pick light weight version of a racquet or a standard one like 280gram or near 300?
    Was thinking about these ones....
    1 - Yonex VCORE "L"
    2 - Yonex EZONE "L"
    3 - Pure Drive "team"
    4 - Pure Aero "team"
Thank you in advance, would highly appreciate if you respond in a little elaborated way ) thanks again

i had a clash v.1 100L. As a beginner i loved it. Very fast racket that saved me most of the times since i was preparing late for my shots. As i leveled up, i found it unstable, lacking power and sometimes not predictable. I enjoyed my time with it but it was time to move on. I believe is mostly for beginners or for pushers.
Also with a more stiff racket i had less issues with my elbow. Best string for me on that racket was hyper g and tourna big hitter 7.

Most of your negatives are not performance-related.
For example the indentation of the ‘clash’ lettering. The “stickiness” I think you called it, describing the paintwork around the racquet head.
If these are issues, all good - personal preference - but not reason alone to slate it. I’ve got the V1 in Tour spec. I think the racquet looks great, suits me as it’s a little heavier and it doesn’t have the indentations you hate!!!!
Give that one a go and see what you think!!

I like the racket and Income from a Wilson Pro Staff 97 Roger Federer Autograph! The racket is easy to play with. Let’s just say it gets to through these difficult points in the third set. The RF97A makes you play these points - you always have to have hit through the ball - as I am getting older, I am not a fit as I used to be. Also, I think the Clash (I play with the 98 version V2) give you some more consistency during a match - but in return for that it takes away that extra power that the RF97A has. En fin, just my 2 cents. What do you all think?

I bought a Clash 108 v1 and it's difficult to control. I get good spin and power but have to aim for large targets. Also, its even balance tires me out - it's a lot to swing. Unfortunately, the rest of the Clash line is much too headlight for my intermediate level baseline game. I will probably add a leather grip to make it slightly headlight and change from a syngut (which starts to slide after a couple of hours of playing) to a multifilament because I can string that tighter and still have comfort. Sadly, Wilson made the Clash 108 v2 much stiffer.

So there is that. For a racquet that does pretty much everything at a solid level, power, spin, control, manuverability, feel, try Head Speed MP.
