    It is only the NSAIDS that cause a heightened bleeding risk, and paracetamol is not in that group. So you can absolutely take a paracetamol together with micro needling. 😊

    Quick question.
    To do microneedling with the instrument you're using here, or with the medicube ATS Airshot, do you have to be clean shaven ie no stubble?
    I am a man and I'm new to all this.
    Thanks.

    I haughty recommend using a serum and slowly moving the device across the skin never. Not losing contact with your skin. My dermatologist recommended that method. A lot smoother and easier results.

    Hi TJ, thank you for your tutorial videos. They are super helpful!
    I wanted to ask if you have tried other brands of microneedling pens such as Dr. Pen and GloPen. If you have, are there any difference between them?
    Thank you again!

      You're welcome! I'm glad you find the tutorial videos helpful. Yes, I've tried other brands of microneedling pens like Dr. Pen and TBPHP. In my experience, there haven't been significant differences between them, aside from the price. The basic functionality and results tend to be quite similar, so you can choose based on your budget and personal preferences. Thank you for your question!

    This gets rid of random brown spots ?

    • @soupnfresh
      @soupnfresh 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If he doesn't answer, I believe it can though I read diamond microdermabrasion can also work to remove brown spots. If you want to fade them, use a mineral sunblock every day.

    • @soupnfresh
      @soupnfresh 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Read a study on microneedling and they listed the following when talking about the type direction to microneedle and it included the following about deeper pigmentation: Use a rocking stamp method over severe wrinkle lines, deeper pigmentations, and deeper acne scars.

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi ☺️ microneedling may be able to help minimise the appearance of melasma, but it will mainly be down to the topical skincare you apply during or after treatment. A serum with vitamin c and niacinamide can help lighten overly pigmented areas to varying degrees. As blue jay mentions, microdermerbrasion can also help.

    • @swtstgrlcaroline
      @swtstgrlcaroline 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TJTutorials It’s not exactly melasma… It’s more hyper pigmentation from when I had these little small moles removed and it just made big brown spots on my arm. Thank you so much for the response.

    How long does it take to see results? ☺️

    • @TJTutorials
      @TJTutorials  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. It depends on your own unique skin conditions. Typically, results start to be seen after 6 weeks once the collagen production kicks in and cell turnover increases.

    I recently learned that hyaluronic acid isn't as safe as we are being told and has cancer risks, especially if you have had cancer or are taking it internally as a supplement. Kinda like when they promoted cigarettes back in the 1950s so to speak. I have chosen to not use it any longer. Really can we trust corporations that are out to make a profit with products?

    • @orangefox5121

      Sorry, this is total BS as we produce HA 24/7. The additives to commercial HA serums MIGHT be at fault, but not the HA by itself

    • @veronicamaine3813
      @veronicamaine3813 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Anyone who reads this comment and is worried should know that a video is doing the rounds claiming this. As usual the video makes some sizeable leaps in reaching conclusions from medical studies. HA is produced by the body naturally and pancreatic cancer causes the body to over produce and it does cause the tumour to grow faster - but it’s not due supplements and definitely not due to topicals, it’s just the body sending the wrong messages . There is some caution advised to those who have had cancer and get injected with HA to consider halting such therapy (usually on joints). However the concentration of HA used in such treatments are much much higher than anything topical and topical HA does not go deep into the skin. Of course please do what feels safe for you, but HA should still be considered safe. Also the concept that HA is a money maker is frankly ridiculous- it’s not patented or propriety so not particularly profitable compared to other treatments that are.
