Hi Claudia I admit I was drawn to your channel because you had the same problem with your lower face as I have. I have a well defined jaw and the top half of my face is relatively smooth (Botox) but the hollows of my cheeks are pronounced and have a lot of sun damaged/silly dieting induced crepey skin there. I was going to start off with the stamper but wouldn’t say no to being a winner here. Even if I don’t win, the massive improvement in your face is remarkable and inspires me to not thinking it’s a lost battle.

Claudia, thank you for this video. This actually was extremely helpful to me. I have never put serums on before hand other than the hyaluronic acid for some slip, but especially when I’m cosmetic micro needling I like the idea of using things like growth factors or stem cells. You always have a really calm and patient way of explaining things and also just so you know I don’t know what’s been happening to me for the past 10 days or so but I feel like, my brain and my tongue are not connected lately! I definitely met microneedle, but not as much as I did and I noticed the difference. One of the reasons I don’t is. I found out that I must’ve bought a knock off Dr. Penn. It doesn’t have a serial number on the box, and somebody posted how to tell whether you have authentic or not and I apparently do not I bought mine off of Amazon. So when I put it just the minute, I turned the pen on so I have to hold it with my fingers. That’s all to say that it’s just a pain in the neck so I don’t do it as often as I used to and I no longer am comfortable with dermarolling as an option.
I am glad this was helpful. And yes, unfortunately there are quite a few fake pens out there. Keeping my fingers crossed for you to win the M8

After you've had more time to evaluate, please let us know if the LED & EMS makes the Biopen Q2 work even better than just microneedling alone. I have LED devices and EMS devices as well, but just wondering the microneedling could be even more effective if done simultaneously. Hi I think you the Q2 pen is less painful because as you micro needle the muscle is having more stimulation desensitizing the area more than just having plain needle going in and out … love video😊

Can you recommend products for medical microneedling available in Europe? Did you have preferred ones & a place where would buy them while you lived in Europe? Some, if not most of the products are only available in USA or hard to get from the USA. 😒

Oh gosh, I’m sure I’m way too late for the M8, pen, but if it hasn’t been given away yet, I would love it. I accidentally bought a fake. 😩 every cartridge I put on it pops off of it so I have to micro needle by holding the heads on with two of my fingers and it’s just so difficult that I rarely do it. I’ll keep listening to see if there’s anything else I need to do.

Looking forward to watching. I’ve not been able to resume cosmetic microneedling due to skin sensitivity for over a year. But would like to start trialing again. I own a roller, but due to your videos and others have been convinced that stamping is a safer way to go. Do you have a cosmetic needling stamp you recommend? I’ve been curious about Qure. I watched your review, but am not impressed with the ingredients, I’ve heard they’ve come out with a different formulation.
What intrigues me about the Qure system is you start with a fresh set of needles every time…versus a stamp which I assume after several uses and cleanings you would toss out?

You know, cosmetic needling, actually is my skin more sensitive than medical needling. As far as a stamp, I use the.Dr pen stamp for cosmetic needling, or just my regular Dr pen. If you’re concerned about sanitation, then I would go with a regular.Dr pen, as switch cartridges every single time

I used to use Neogenisis Recovery serum, or Calecim professional serum.

The professional serum, which is the one for the face, is loved by many. I am not wild about the smell, but just started using it for cosmetic needling once a week and so far I like the results

My dermatologist told me last time at my cancer check (I had a melanoma-so get checked ladies!!!) that since I have been wearing sunscreen daily for 30 plus years and stay out of the sun-(yet still got a melanoma!!) that the only procedure that would help my skin is microneedling--I don't have anything to laser and my texture is pretty good. So I am so interested in microneedling as I am losing weight and age 70 so I want to increase my collagen!!!!! Another experience---- I had a RF microneedling done and it was a disaster-she went way too deep --up to a 4 in some places!!! --and I honestly thought my skin that I have been so diligent to take care of was ruined forever. I looked like a pumpkin for 2 weeks, was sun sensitive for a year-hives-and couldn't use any actives for a year. That has been several years now and my skin is back to normal so I am ready to try regular microneedling. I have a question that I haven't heard you talk about-or else I missed it--do you avoid microneedling over a vein? Thank you for all your wonderful videos!! You know, I used to have super sensitive skin but mucroneedling had actually helped my skin get more resilient
You could try cosmetic needling to get comfortable. But for me, I almost feel cosmetic needling is more sensitizing than medical needling

Hi Claudia! What is different about your lashes? They look longer and darker. Very pretty!
Thank you so much! I tinted them about a week before this video. I tend them regularly, but when they’re freshly tinted, they’re definitely darker.
