I was in class 9, 2017 when I dreamed of becoming a pilot. I m currently studying at one of the prestigious universities in India but pilot training is still unaffordable for me. Here is me, giving up on my flying dream in my 1st year of graduation. Whenever I see an airplane flying in the sky, the wish to fly ignites and my heart feels heavy knowing that I cant. Sometimes I think about why I decided to choose this path in the first place. My eyes are in tears but it is what it is. My best wishes to future aviators.
You can do this by belonging with a middle class family if you belongs from *Bihar* But you and your father have to arrange small amounts of money like 5000 sometimes 10000.A total of approximately 4 lakh . And for rest of the amount you have to take a education loan from a govt. bank of 7.5lakhs which doesn't require any colletral and you will get a year after the completion of your study period to find your job. And after one year of completion of your study period you have to repay the loan in small emi such as of 6000(for 15 years) or 8000(for 10 years). It like that if you like it then like it.

Is it mandatory to convert the abroad license to an Indian license? Can we directly not start flying in foreign airlines instead of coming back and flying in India? One big curiosity! Please clear my doubt.
If you want to fly in India, then the foreign license must be converted to a DGCA license. Can you directly start flying in foreign airlines instead of coming back? The answer is no, because it is not quite that simple. If you want to get a job abroad you basically must have a permanent resident status in that country where you want to work and live. First you need to apply for a residence permit that gives you a right to live and work in this country, and you must have the residence permit before you can apply for a job. So the first thing is to go through the application process from the immigration authority, and if you can get the residence permit, after that you can apply for a job.
The thing is that 65 lakhs is a very big number for my family even paying 20 lakhs is not possible i hope that in future there is also scholarships for pilot training I just love this job but can't do anything to pursue it 🙁

Without a type rating it is not possible. Type rating is compulsory in order to fly aircraft like A320, B737, B747 or B787. If a pilot retires from the Air Force he/she can convert the military pilot certificate to a commercial pilot license (CPL). Flight schools have a conversion program for that purpose. After the license conversion the pilot must get a type rating,
No doubt about being the best job in the world but unfortunately in some short years to come the role of a pilot will be reduced to just a monitor in the cockpit...with Airbus already in cutting edge of technology and advanced auto pilot combined with CAT 3C /A ILS most aircrafts can auto land and taxi to the designated bay as on today and with new AI being linked to Auto Pilot to taxi out and even for Auto take off the human elements is just a mare presence but on the other hand the ethos of Boeing is all around the human elements in the cockpit even with all tech evolving now and in days to come , so I guess what boils down is which airlines to chose so that a pilot remains relevant but sadly and eventually the job of a pilot will be soon remote operating from a home base flying an aircraft remotely somewhere else but that's a bit far away and I guess it can raise a storm in the tea or coffee cups .... :) Cheers to all the budding aviators !!
Pilot Demand Overview. CAE Forecasts that the airline industry will need 255,000 new pilots over the next 10 years. 60% of these pilots are needed for growth and 40% are needed for mandatory retirements and other attrition. Please don't try to spread stupid rumours online

Anyway the maximum study loan that i can get is 24 lakh...dont even own an house to sell or someone to help us. So..i think i should quit ..but i will try my best 😊
Could be. But there have been flight training malpractices in philippines in the past. That being the reason DGCA had removed approved FTO status from many flight schools. So if you are planning flight training from philippines, be careful and make sure that the FTO is DGCA approved. If it is, then only the pilot can convert the respective license into Indian DGCA license. If you are intending to become a pilot in philippines and work in philippines itself, then it doesn't matter. I would suggest flying from India than doing it from philippines. India has many good flight schools and the cost of living in india is also relatively cheaper than the western countries.
Ma'am now i am doing my graduation in aviation ....but after that i want to be a pilot ..... 1.what i have to do after graduation ???? 2.how to become a pilot with investing less money ? (Abroad/India) 3.what are the prosses to become a pilot after graduation ? Please ma'am help me by answering the question....... I'm in confuse about this..... ??? Because no one from my family member are in aviation industry ...... Please suggest me something...
I understand. Though graduation is so far not a requirement to become a pilot, Yes you can become a pilot after your graduation too. Process is the same as explained the CNTAA video of how to become a pilot.
Investing less money implies investing more time. One best option is clear your dgca papers 1.Met 2. Nav 3.Regs and probably RTR too here in India. Go to US. Complete 250 hrs for flying there with single and multi engine and get the FAA CPL. Then become flight instructor and start earning money. I am not sure how much a flight instructor gets paid in US. I am also searching for the same. Best part of becoming flight instructor is you wil get more flying hours and experience( And at the time of airline induction in India these flying hours really matter). Then you may come back to India convert foreign CPL to Indian CPL. Get type rating on the aircraft of your choice and wait for vacancy. That's what you can do with spending less money. Getting vacancy in airline is the worst part as I started thinking these days after COVID 🥲. And stay prepare for the airline training cost(A recent vacancy in well known Indian carrier came, left me demotivated, I won't take the name of that airline here, you can google and get it).You can try asking people who are currently student pilots they will give you with best possible option with respect to current scenario.
Glad you asked. It is beyond our capacity to give any medical opinion. But color blindness is not acceptable for pilots. Don't be disheartened but unfortunately, in your case, I would not recommend Pilot Career. THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL OPINION.
While there are some Android apps for navigation, ForeFlight is only available on iPad and iPhone. And ForeFlight is the most heavily used app for pilots. I would say stick with iPad.
Thanks a lot for the info. Its indeed very helpful. Only thing that is stuck in my mind is one comment in the video. As per that any school that offers flight trg in less than 35 lacs is into something fishy. I have studied about some schools in South Africa which offer CPL course in just about 30 Lacs. Can you please throw some light? I am also looking for some quality online coaching for DGCA exams. Thanjs once again.

Cheers to all the budding aviators !!
Pilot Demand Overview. CAE Forecasts that the airline industry will need 255,000 new pilots over the next 10 years. 60% of these pilots are needed for growth and 40% are needed for mandatory retirements and other attrition. Please don't try to spread stupid rumours online
dude AI is a long way . we can't even have a auto coding yet to build an website we are talking about risking people lives with ai may be atleast 50 to 100 years from now your words may be true
want to take one full counselling sessions for for my daughter. To be a pilot. See is now in 12th std. Please suggest 🙏. I want complete road map from A to Z.
Thank you mam for detailed information 🙂
I have a doubt in which atmospheric layer is used fly an airbus normally?
Mam, i would like to know whether there's any scholarships for pilot training. Being a pilot is all I dreamed about but the fees structure forced me to give up my dreams.
Pilots job is thrilling, and wherever there is thrill, there is chances of danger too... God protects...
Can sm1 tell up to what age we can serve as pilot, provided everything's normal for being a pilot
Basically the retirement age is 65, but it can depend on the airline if the airline has its own principle that their pilots retire a little earlier.
@@mikep9604 thanx

How fo get through cadet training route?
Hello mam...in philippines maximum cost 18 lakhs...for PPL CPL and IR
Maam please tell me that which stream u choosen in 11th class to become pilot

2.how to become a pilot with investing less money ? (Abroad/India)
3.what are the prosses to become a pilot after graduation ?
Mam Iam going to join Igrua….can u please tell the entire cost to be at cockpit at a320🤗…please tell an approximate amount?
Good luck Adithyan!! I’ve mentions average costs in this video.
@@CNTAA thank you mam🤗
Good day cap. Do you provide airline prep classes? And u forgot one point for conversion there is fam day night and IR check to be done in conversion
Mam ,can u suggest best aviation school in Canada to do pilot training
You can get it from Aerosky Aviation Hyderabad
#CNTAA I have red -green colour dificuency but i have cured it with contact lens can i still be a pilot...your videos are awesome❤️
Glad you asked. It is beyond our capacity to give any medical opinion. But color blindness is not acceptable for pilots. Don't be disheartened but unfortunately, in your case, I would not recommend Pilot Career. THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL OPINION.
Thanks for your great information captain.. you are really marvelous ❤️
Is any tablet ok or specifically ipad only??
Because I only got a samsung tab s9
While there are some Android apps for navigation, ForeFlight is only available on iPad and iPhone. And ForeFlight is the most heavily used app for pilots. I would say stick with iPad.
Mam , could you please explain what is AASA CX - 3 ?
It's a small flight computer. It looks like a normal electronic calculator, but it has functions which are used in aviation and flight planning.
Thank u ma'am ...it really means alot to me ✨
Explained so well!
Thank you Joy!!
Very helpful video mam,, thank you so much for this informing video 🙏
Very well made understood madam how to and how cost for becoming professional pilot
Mam,if we go abroad to study pilot training ,can we do part time job at the same time..?pls reply
It depends on which country you are going for your flight training.
We are providing paid internship
Yes in Canada. U can do
Inspite of doing soo much training still don't know how to fill snag in flight technical log
Mam is there scholarships for pilot training in india...... specially for SC candidates...
We have in South Africa for indian students...26 lacs of Scholorship
what's the starting salary for a pilot after say doing Type rating for one ?
After CPL,can a CPL holder enter to any airlines
Yes, after DGCA CPL the candidate is eligible to apply for an airline in India.
I'm from uk and I'm thinking of doing my training from India, question is would I able to apply for job in Indian based airlines or only India citizen can apply?
What if I join Cadet programs of Airlines, for eg: Indigo?
Madam , please tell me how much salary to pilot starting on words ✈️✈️
Mam what if if somebody doesn’t gets the job in any airline at the end after spending a huge amount ! ?
Your presrntation is very simply, and very understandable
