Thank you.. it's just reading, practicing and persistence.. One trick that I can give you is, start thinking in English. We usually do the thinking / self talk in our native locale. If you choose to deliberately change that to english, you'll surely get better at communication in that particular language. While thinking, if you can't find a word for something that you wanna frame, just look up the word. You'll increase vocabulary too. Let me know if that helps. Good luck!!

In conventional path you have to wait for vacancy but in cadet as soon as you complete your training you get job in that particular airline. But in case of any crisis you can also be fired.

In my opinion you shouldn't start now as you're almost 34. As ma'am already said, almost all of the airlines dont take freshers above the age of 35. But even if there are so many adversities, you can still do it. You can work as an instructor or something and then try to get into an airline. I can tell you one thing, its going to be stressful. So please make sure you're financially stable.

In addition to what SQALL mentioned, my two cents on this would be, Airlines recruit fresher CPL holders (200hrs CPL) until about 35. 37 if type rated. But for someone who's 34, it's a longer path. By 36 the candidate will finish CPL. then the Pilot will need to work as an instructor until he/she gets ATPL as an Instructor. In India salary of flying school instructors are lesser (relative to cost of pilot training). Approximately it'll take about 4 years of flying as an Instructor before meeting requirements for ATPL. After you get ATPL, yes, Airlines can recruit you even if you are 40. Because you are an experienced Pilot and not a fresher. Should you do it? It's completely upto you. All I could say is that it's not going to be easy. So if you must do it, if you do have that strong calling, yes you can. But buckle up, coz it's a long ride starting at the age 34. Please do not consider any statements as personal comments. Everything mentioned here is in good faith and not to hurt anyone's feelings.

If you get flight training abroad you must also complete the written exams which are required by the aviation authority of that country where you are training. To get a pilot license students must complete the written exams.

Anything that suits your budget is good. USA for sure has great flight training infrastructure, but training in India is also a good option.
