No joke I was driving past it on I 10 about a week ago and I punched it into my search engine so I could take a look at some of the floorplans and see what they have because it looks impressive from the road… lol I’m a floor plan nerd in every arena.
First, I would love to say, that I glad you and your family are doing well and happy and healthy, next, the beautiful home in Key Largo, is awesome and love the beautiful designs in the home, can get rid of the dishwasher. Strange name for a bathroom (water closet).
This home is gorgeous. WOW some lucky new owners ahead I'm sure. I love the blue colour used in the dining area and main en suite bathroom. There's not a thing I would change.
Now, I grew up in trailers. Dad made a career of fixing them up when they got past their prime. The thing I just can't get over is the lack of proper drywall. I see a lot of it in this one, but in the closets and bathrooms- nah. Come on guys, y'all know those walls are gonna rot out before their time. :( You can have as nice a house as you want, but if the bathroom walls are gonna rot and moulder because they're made of tissue paper, what good is it? Sigh. All that work on a gorgeous home, too!! Thanks for taking us along, Chance. All the best to your fam!
An almost perfect home for me as shown. I say almost perfect as there are wire shelves that are installed in this particular home. I would order it with wooden shelves and dowels and the perfect home will have been had.👍
My comment was going to be "what's not to love about this home" , but the answer is the pantry. They needed to step up on the pantry. It doesn't live up to the rest of the home, which is fantastic.
Oh wow. I was SO excited to see what I thought was going to be a long, walk-in pantry & was so disappointed when you opened the door. How disappointing 😢. I’m also not a fan of the walls separating the counters. I’d like it if it was one/two continuous counters without the walls breaking them up

This home is gorgeous, but I'd make one change- get rid of those windows in kitchen that do not open and put in some that do open! I don't like those small windows underneath the cabinets- they remind me of a camper!
Nice home. Attractive exterior, great floor plan, super kitchen. However, in a home this size, they could have used some of that space for a dedicated linen closet. The tall closet in the master bath will have to serve 4 bedrooms and probably a large family.
Well this is quite a house! 💕 wish they had added a coat closet near front door, a half bathroom. And a full bathroom near smaller bedroom near master, lots of company stays with us to only have 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms 🤷♀️ 1/2 bath for persons not coming through your home to use bathroom. Wish the had a slider window/door so you could add a deck. Thoughts to manufacturers.
There's a lot of wasted space. There could easily be another bathroom and even another room with a slightly different design. At the very least, there should be a 1/2 bath by the 3rd bedroom. Your tour is fun though. I laughed when you said hello to the mermaid on the mantle. It's those fun things you do that make your tours good entertainment.
Was a beautiful home The only thing that was the downfall was that pantry you could have missed it cuz it wasn't worth seeing lol but the home was gorgeous I like to request you to do some homes that are in central Florida near Bartow Florida please

Really loved this one!! That master bedroom was huge. Loved the tray ceilings and it looked like a brown/copper color in the center. Love that back splash. This was a very huge surprise!!
I tune out as soon as I spot a sink in the island. It’s a magnet for a dirty dish display. Ugh. No offense to you, Chance-you’re a great presenter. I feel like none of these architects has ever been inside an occupied house with an island sink, especially for a big family. It turns into an absolute eyesore in two minutes flat

This one is all off balance with room width/length. Placement of windows. Placement of doors. Placement of everything. It’s just weird and not designed to flow very well.
After the size of the house & the size of the kitchen, I'm disappointed by the small pantry. I'm just dreaming & that's 1 thing I want, a HUGE pantry! 😊
NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE !!!!. Only thing I'd change is no carpet, that middle bedroom behind the kitchen...make that a walk-in pantry from that kitchen doorway pantry, remove 1 of the closet doors in the master so it's 1 door to get in to that closet..don't need 2 for me, and tile that shower floor. Thought it was a walk through pantry when you keeps looking down the hallway. It’d be nice to have a walk through pantry, when you’re doing your shopping, come in from the garage, into the utility room, straight into the pantry, put your non perishables away first, then straight into the kitchen, put your perishables away.

Very beautiful house and layout. One thing I noticed, you don't see much, and my wife would really appreciate is the spot in the master bath where she can sit down and do her hair and make-up. I really love the large rooms. A family shouldn't feel cramped in this house
Every bedroom had some board and batten strips again not a option for My home so that would go. WITH the few changes I've mentioned I would buy this home
Honestly I don’t like the layout of the bedrooms, the master is fine expect the closet wish it was just one double door so the bedroom door and closet aren’t close. wish it was a walk-in pantry and the master bathroom was a little let down. The others were better than this model
Lots to like about this house and somethings I didn't like. First of all, I thought the living room was kind of dark, maybe it was the arrangement of the furniture or not enough windows. The island in the kitchen was way too small, the sink took up too much of the space. The main bedroom was way too big, maybe they could have taken some space from it to add to the shower which I thought was a bit undersized. I did love that shiplap in the living room, and the utility room was wonderful. I appreciated that the secondary bedrooms were a good size.
Love this. Way out of my price range, but still very nice. I'd put a freezer in the kitchen off of that smaller counter by the dining table and put my dogs kennel in the laundry room.

I also love this floor plan and how the bedrooms are separated. It would be perfect for a young family who want a bedroom near the master as a nursery and as the baby gets older, they can move to one of the other bedrooms. Or, if there is only 1 child, the 2 bedrooms and bath could be for guests. Lots of options! Thanks for showing us this house, Chance!
Hi Chance and Cullen... wow, spectacular home...loving the kitchen and living room and tre ceilings ....love the couch...the cabinets are beautiful..I just wish the sink was near the window .... the laundry room has everything in it like it should be meaning the mechanicals...you can put another refrigerator in there as well...the main bathroom need a second shower 🚿 head... I could live here... I would do a finished basement too.. Be Safe Be Blessed

Way too much space in the main bedroom. For as large of a home it is, it doesn't even have a proper foyer. I think that I would have distributed the space differently in that plan.
Your camera abilities are great!! I have migraines and vertigo. I watch your videos to relax and deal with the pain. Most everyone else goes to fast or bounces around too much.
I dont usually comment, but i only watch your tour videos because you are the best. Others dont have the nice flow that you have. Ive tried watching others and im like nope they are not Chance! 😊
Very nice triple wide! I'm a little disappointed with the pantry. I was hoping for at least a walk-in pantry! Loved the layout. The wire wrecks would have to go!! The primary suite was beautiful! Thank you for sharing. Blessings to you and your family ❤
Oh I do like!! But as always just a few changes!! Bigger pantry don't really need that 4th room do so it can go smaller for an L shaped pantry and it only needs one mb closet door so lose the one at the mb door that's in the way! But yeah that's the only change if make!

That 3rd back bedroom has a long way to go to the bathroom plus you would have to cross into the living room. Should have been a bathroom in the back.
