Around Christmas 2023 I got a Medic Grow Mini Sun 2 in the 320 watt version for $193 with code HYDRO. It’s not as big as these and is more rated for a 3’x3’ space. Built in dimmer. Really nice.

I got a ACI 4x4 on Black Friday sale. Light was less than $0.72 a watt (under $300) and it is beast. 2.75 µmol/j, 400 W, Works great with their smart controller. Sales, Prime shipping and coupon codes are great!

@@GMT439I personally don't agree with no autos indoors. One buddy of mine only grows autos. My personal favorite strain will knock your socks off. I have grown over 20 of just that one. Taste and high are amazing. They have beat all but two photo strains I have grown so far.

You can pick these lights up for about £80 if you remove "grow" from the "LED Grow Light"search criteria. Just ensure the output and spetrums match, and you can use regular LED shop/garage lights etc, there is no magic sauce in grow lights, no matter what the manufacturers want us to think.

@@davidbeard3691 just search for "LED shop/garage", match the wattage, and you'll see they're identical to "grow" LEDs, at a fraction of the price. Same Samsung LEDs, in them as well, and they work exceptionally well.
Medic Grow Fold 8 was $380 shipped Black Friday. A STEAL
Medicgrow can be deceiving at times because some models come with Samsung diodes some don't , they will make the same model with 2 kinds a Samsung version which cost far more and non Samsung which is far less but some marketplaces do not distinguish in titles . Per their faq it claims they use red osram and top bin whites with no brand specified. For example the fold 6, spider 8i in this video uses osram red and white diodes

Where can you get a 600W HPS light for $150? I thought HPS was only good for flowering though?
Yeah, if you don't have to pay for electricity because you live with Mama/Papa; otherwise, HPS are obsolete, and you DON'T get "BETTER" results at all !
You barely get 1 gr per watt with HPS, with LEDs, you can get up to 3 gr per watt, so you need much less light for the same result, and you are saving a lot of money on your electric bill.
HPS lights are 90s, 2000s lights; everyone who is still using them is living in the past.
Again, everyone who has to pay for electricity should get themselves a LED.
HPS are too hot and consume too much power, and HPS bulbs can even explode if they get too hot and catch fire, so they are kind of dangerous too

The fce6500 is made for a 5x5 the fce4800 is made for 4x4. Obviously sticking a light built for a 5x5 will be far more intense in a 4x4. Also marshydro fc series are far better than the fce series and use much better light diodes
Knowing how much LED lights are compared to incandescent bulbs these LED Lights should be far less than six hundred dollars
