Does this make is less affective for areas like the face? I wondered which one you’d recommend for facial removal?

I’ve been trying to remove my sebaceous hyperplasia on the tip of my nose for so long, what number did you set your pen to for SH?
I would start with lower number and then increase it when needed! I believe I was using 5 but be very careful when using higher number 🙏
