Hmm, it's hard to say... Gen 1 and 2 music may be your best bet as a beginner, since it tends to be more simple than later generations naturally, thanks to the limitations of the time. Hopefully you can find a beginner friendly arrangement, they tend to be hard to come by. Actually, I've been getting into writing piano arrangements again, so perhaps I'll try doing a few pokemon ones for beginners.
Stripping a complicated piece down to its core elements tends to make it sound different, but I did try to make it as accurate as possible. Also , this video is nearly five years old, I was around 16 or 17 at the time, and I was not, and still am not, very good at transcribing music, so any problems you hear are because of lack of skill, not intentional clickbait. I'd love to do another version and make an updated video, but I doubt it'd be much better, unfortunately.
