God I absolutely love your reaction to all there songs, I have been a life long quo fan forever, seen them so many times it’s a shame you won’t see the original line up,saw them at Live aid.they use to play a 3 hour show none stop ,the audience were as tired as the band, QUO FOREVER you have to check out end of the road 84 concert
Just amazing that you love Status Quo, so much. A band from the 1970's playing their classic songs is giving you as much enjoyment today as they did for the fans, way back then.
every band has that underground song that was never a hit, maybe even never released as a single but is always the song real fans love. For Quo its.... The Mystery Song
Hi man Seriously you love the 12bar boogie thing and quo guitar solos, you've got to search a quo track called forty five hundred times. It's 20minutes long and it's amazing
I was there at Milton Keynes! End of the road tour and Quo stopped performing live! I was 17. Now, 2024.... Quo is still performing. Parfitt and Lancaster are dead 😢 but they still Rock 😊
I grew up with Status Quo, as my old man was a super-fan of theirs, and a truck driver, so he had access to material not yet released in Sweden (where I grew up) through his trips to Germany, the Netherlands and France, who were all miles ahead of us when it comes to rock music in the 80's.... SQ are a class act!
I am 50yrs old now, I have been a fan of Quo since I was 5! My father introduced me to them and I was hooked. Quo Live is an awesome album and you must hear their early stuff too like "Someone's Learning" and 'Don't Waste My Time' from their album Piledriver, but then, what the hell, listen to them all!!!! If you want another concert to watch then go for the 'End Of/More From The Road' concert from 1984 with the original line up!
first concerts I ever took my 4 kids too were Quo concerts,(they even met them) when they were just knee high, now all 4 of them have a love of rock and roll, more rock than roll of course.. Thanks for reacting
Please please please 🙏 play 45 hundred times you will love it I'm telling you, and you are brilliant Mr rock n roll you really love status quo 😂 it's great to see you get down...
The Quo has already a single ready for that, I mean before they went to Status Quo.. in the 60s about a neighbour.. 😆 th-cam.com/video/B43UcVZy6Iw/w-d-xo.html
This intro has been told as the best intro ever..! And then the twin Telecaster, nothing can beat that sound! 😆 Also some other song from the Glastonbury festival in UK you can find, is great.. Otherwise try "In the Army now", both album from 1986 and Live.. or a ballad "Rock'n'Roll" from 1981, Don't Waste my Time is a classig from 1972, and other great hits..! "Is There A Better Way?"
And after you are done with this Download 2014, try to begin early, and here is one of THE songs to react to, from early 1970 and 12 minutes very good rock'n'roll from Quo..! "Is it really me?/Gotta Go Home" the time from where the more rocking sound all started th-cam.com/video/aXrvuwif--E/w-d-xo.htmlsi=umui1-joh5avES6o
Hahaha... I was laughing in anticipation before you even started 😂😂 awesome quo reaction as always... The most positive happy rock band ever. Big love bro. Gonna check out your bye bye jonny reaction now. 🤠😝💪💪

Just love your Quo reactions. Best live band ever. Listen ‘4500 times’ live and also give the album ‘Quo live’ from Glasgow in 1975. You won’t be disappointed.
Brilliant review as always. Check out 4500 times at Milton Keynes bowl 1984.its everything the brilliant quo was all about in one song .( Bloody long but well worth the look )🤟
this is what they quo do, you hear one song you think "neat" then you find yourself listen to another, then another, then suddenly you have a bunch of boxsets of there albums and start humming there tunes while driving
As of 2015, they were one of only 50 artists to have achieved more than 500 total weeks on the UK Albums Chart. With their various records for both single and album releases, Status Quo are one of the most successful and bestselling bands of all time, especially in their home country.
Still have the EP bought in '79 when they released that song. I play it for years with my band in regular tuning and only learned much later that Parfitt's guitar was tuned in drop D (no internet back then!) 😁
Your reactions to Quo make me happy man. I love this band so much and rock out pretty much like you did every damn time. Love to see that even today this band is getting new fans that fall under their spell.
Hope you get to see them live this year. You’re not too late to the party, but I’d definitely try and see them this year. Francis will be 75 by the end of the year and this year could be the last road trip…
1988, it's summer, me and my mate are driving through the city playing status quo, bonnie tyler and motörhead. Later that night I'm we're meeting up with the girls and we all end up on the beach around the fire before we go into their tents and .... from there the history of us is told. Yeah I like this channel.
Hi man Best reaction channel ever, absolutely brilliant quo track and reaction Hi agree quo are such a happy boogie woogie band ,great fun. Carnt wait for the next one ❤
Brilliant, you need to search for a track called roadhouse blues live from the 1990s,you will absolutly love it,keep the brilliant quo reactions coming ❤
I was there with my 8-year old girl on my shoulders. She still talks about it 10 years later, saying how lucky was to see Rick Parfitt. Saw a few songs by Linkin Park, then shimmied up the hill to see the mighty Quo.
I was censored- I described Jackie Lynton's introduction to the live album by Quo 76/7 almost word for word- those out there who know will know those who don't well the only way to find out is to listen to one of the best LIVE albums ever! Status Quo in their hey day at the very top!!
Played the live album so much on my cheapo cassette player I wore out the tape.... Happy Daze. If it were not for Quo I don't think I would have taught myself to play guitar, a bit of a challenge back in the days of no free guitar lessons on the Internet. The kids today don't know how easy they.... etc etc....
This is yet another standard as far as Quo are concerned. This isn't the best rendition of this song, it has to be said, but it's another toe-tapping song that gets you going without a doubt. From the same titled album from 1979, it reached No.4 in the UK charts. One from the slightly later era of Quo, it still has what it takes. Maybe you could try the slightly melodic, 'Dirty Water', or maybe, 'Hold You Back', as a comparison to this song? In the meantime, there's a few others that have already been mentioned that you should consider. Roadhouse Blues Forty-Five Hundred Times Slow Train (album version) Backwater/Just Take Me Little Lady/Most Of The Time, (album version) Mystery Song (album version) Junior's Wailing In My Chair Shy Fly Someone's Learning Don't Waste My Time Oh Baby Blue-eyed Lady Softer Ride.
Mr rock n roll just keep quoing dude it will take a while to get through the back catalogue but get yer ears around don't waste my time and also little blue eyed lady. Glad you like them been with since ice in the sun . Ain't no better band to lift you up. Boogie on man😊
Some years ago "Scooter", the biggest Techno band in Germany, made this version togehter with Quo, the biggest rock band in UK, some say it's to fast, but it's a true tribute, and kind of fun but also weird collab.. 😂 th-cam.com/video/LR5PpNWk6EA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=5vFPCsUWscMtOFXl
The intro , in my opinion, is the best into of all time, But you MUST listen to the Studio version for its full effect. Status Quo ( English pronounced Stay, tus Quo) should have been massive world wide. As i heard it, Quo management weren't prepared to grease up the American promoters/ radio stations so got very little air play.
We pronounce it "Stay-tus Quo" in the UK, but let's not be picky. Hello! (1973) was the first album I bought with my pocket money. Sadly, I never got to see them play live. Go to Quo Live, or 1982 live 4500 times. This band was a legend around the world apart from America
Hi man
Seriously you love the 12bar boogie thing and quo guitar solos, you've got to search a quo track called forty five hundred times.
It's 20minutes long and it's amazing
Live version please
It's great to see you appreciate "Quo" the way I do (and have for nearly 50 years).
'Blue Eyed Lady' has one of the best intros to a song ever!

I was there at Milton Keynes! End of the road tour and Quo stopped performing live! I was 17. Now, 2024.... Quo is still performing. Parfitt and Lancaster are dead 😢 but they still Rock 😊
I agree, and I was there it was a great gig and a really sunny day too,
What more can you ask for, Quo and a sunny day 😂👍🏴
Rick with his chorus/ flange in full flight
Those howling keyboards 🎹 are simply amazing , very subtle , done perfectly.. other than Maiden not sure who can even perform it .
Andre Bown has been a long for the last 45-50 years too in the group, but he had his own history before..
LOVE IT...More of QUO live please !!!!
"Gimme Lemmy or gimme Quo either way I'm a happy bro" now those are words to live by

The best Quo performance you will see is Roadhouse Medley Live. Brilliant.
Really? I would not have that anywhere near the top of my list.
Definitely awesome quo version
The best Quo performances include Alan Lancaster and John Coghlan
and Roy Lynes, though mostly Nuff and Spud.
My favorite on TH-cam, mr Rock and Roll and Status Quo!!!!!
first concerts I ever took my 4 kids too were Quo concerts,(they even met them) when they were just knee high, now all 4 of them have a love of rock and roll, more rock than roll of course.. Thanks for reacting

One song you need to check out is down the dustpipe!!! One of the best songs by the original line up.
Just love your Quo reactions. Best live band ever. Listen ‘4500 times’ live and also give the album ‘Quo live’ from Glasgow in 1975. You won’t be disappointed.
4500 Times, LIVE! The holy grail for most fans of Quo. Try the 21 minutes version.. From NEC Center, Birmingham.
@@peterscharbaunielsen7810 👍totally agree with it being The holy grail.

Basically, do all the albums from Piledriver to Blue For You and there is a barely a bad track. Piledriver, Hello, Quo, On The Level and Blue for You.
Also Dog of Two Head is kind of important for this rock history..
