First rocknroll show I ever went to was Rose Tattoo near my hometown in Osnabrück, Germany, 13 years old in 2001, I took a piss behind the venue, Angry opened the backstage door and invited me and my friends inside, still got Angry's sweaty blanket with all their autographs. It was a crazy experience I'll never forget. Love these guys to death
So good to see these guys playin live again after all these years, and they still Rock hard as they have always done, so proud of these Aussie Legends!!!!!
Love Rose Tattoo, and have done for around 40 yrs now. Us Aussies have some great bands and these guys are up there with the best. Love the slide♥️, loved Peter Wells and Mick Cocks. They were 2 of the best. RIP✌️♥️
G'day from Oz. My birthday today, 63 and feeling it. Saw the Tats 40 years ago at my local when Angry threatened to sack the PA guys 'cause he said 'the sound was shit'. Cranky bastard! Recently, well, as recently as a couple of years maybe, I saw the cranky little one again, different line up obviously, but, he was fuckin' brilliant .............................and he has 10 years on me, easy. I'll be early at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia, February '24 to hear him again, with The Strutts, who I'm desperate to see. Oh, I'll get to see Slash while I'm there, so It'll be a good night...................! Hope they all get some stage time so we can appreciate how good they are. It's different times.......you don't get as excited as you did in the old days about bands, music is so manufactured nowadays, but, it's great to feel excited again. Come on February 2024.
I'd love to see these guys I don't think they've ever toured the U.S. Wish they would tour here I'd be there in a heartbeat legendary band from down under.

The lyrics to arguably their greatest single "The Butcher and Fast Eddie" are so prophetic given the youth of today bring knives to 'fights' and not punch on with their fists like we did - the 'thought' of bringing a knife was just unthinkable. Massive influence on GnR - who always look after 'Angry' when they tour/play gigs. 'Countdown' really gave "The Tatts" their biggest exposure - the song + video to "We can't be Beaten" is just sublime - imo their best line up. I remember hitch hiking in Germany as a 16 year old decades ago and the 'Jugendherberger' [youth hostel] I stayed at was full of mostly Germans who could not get enough of my 'Tatts + AC/DC' tapes I had at the time.
Saw Rose Tattoo last week here in Yarraville (Melbourne), and they've still got it, as has Angry. Not sure how Angry he is these days - the band looked like they had a ball. Well played, gents.
Angry's 77 this year, I saw Tatts early last year and he was as good as he was back in the day, I expected his voice to go by the third song but he was great right up until the end. It's sad to think that all the original members with the exception of Angry have passed on but it's great to see other Aussie icon musso's from the same period filling their shoes. As a bass player myself that played on that Wacken stage I just think it's awesome to see Mark up there playing again.
I don't think anyone would be as surprised and amazed as Angry himself, the miniature powerhouse, that this band is still punching out the tunes now! I mean, how are these guys not dead? Definitely not dead, definitely deadly!❤️🔥🌹

Seen rose tattoo at the first Slane castle concert 1982 the headliners were the brilliant Thinlizzy. Also on the bill was a little known band called U2 ,those were the days .

My dad is friends with Angry and Paul, and although I’ve never met them or at least I don’t remember meeting them, perhaps when I was really young apparently they want to meet me which is pretty wicked
The second time I saw the Tatts was at a Drug Free benefit type of show with other Australian legends like the Angels. Angry was drinking some white spirit in the wings, and threw a couple of cartons of beer out to the audience! Never seen more drugs and alcohol at a concert since!
