What I find very interesting is the fact that it comes apparently clear that finally they have an Authentic Dim Sum restaurant in Vegas and I remember years ago when I was visiting a friend in Morocco that his brother asked me to make some Authentic American food and I also included some quick Stir/FRY dishes and I cooked for 35 people from kids to adults and I had brought some spices from NYC, because they had never had flavors like that in Morocco and the prices in Morocco are so cheap it's not even funny, and we bought some assorted Desserts with ice cream for the kids because it's very hot there, beer, wine, and liquor for the men,and I really liked the fact that they all enjoyed everything and I planned the menu with my friend, and his wife wanted to learn so I taught her to, and I left all my spices with him because you can't find them in Morocco, it's too hard.
In this video I can see that this place is in a casino, but the selection looks very good, but there dim/sum looks just like in NYC restaurants and there bao looks good to but many Chinese restaurants have converted to the American style, which I don't have a problem with but some take/out Chinese place's, the portions have gotten so small, it's actually a joke, but generally I enjoy dim/sum any time of the day, with water and CHA,or black Tea,and some hot sauce with some rice soup or Congee, with minced pork and duck eggs, looks delicious though, question is how much is each item?
@@robertoherrerajr.1041Awesome Robert! I’ve been to seafood cove 2 but haven’t been to Yank Sing and Hang Ah yet. Must give it a go next time in SF. What’s the best dim sum on their menu?
Both have good rice noodles with beef. Yank Sing - pork & shrimp siu mye. Hang Ah Tea room - Spareribs w/pumpkin and black bean sauce. I think Hang Ah is the first dim sum house in the US.
The Ping Pang Pong has the worst Dim Sum and service in town! Especially the service, or shall I say ‘What service?’…You would think it should be good cause it’s located inside of a casino, but not this one for sure!
that looks sooo good omg got me craving!! please post some more vegas eats!
Most definitely! More to come Drea! Whats your favorite dim sum spot? 😊
I like your insight of the dim sum. My favorites are siomai, hargow, spring roll , steamed chicken 🐓 feet and the sticky rice wrapped in leaves
@@TheDebcb52 Thanks 😊

WOW that doesn't even look like the same restaurant. It was years ago for me though.
All day or only before 3pm or something?
Currently 10am - 3am 😊
The char siu bao to-go is so small, unlike what is shown in this video !!
What is your favorite Dim Sum spot? 🥟
Yank Sing and Hang Ah Tea room in San Francisco and Seafood Cove 2 in Westminster.

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective, it adds a different viewpoint. Cheers!
If you’re reading this, I’m sorry. I’m dead from my previous job. Obviously I got fired and I will never again return to Ping Pang Pong.
Overprice and taste just so so ...... I won't return
