i prefer to buy a quality meat than soak it in salty water. But if it is bothering you, yes... soaking it in salty water for aobut 30 mins...then rinse it well.

焗爐係得,但好容易就煮得太熟就會鞋,我唔建議用焗爐煮切開豬扒,如果真係要試,約攝氏200到,約15分鐘左右,但視乎厚薄加減時間

No need, i didn't clean it up before i pan fry it. But keep your heat powder to medium to medium high as you don't want to over burning it.
