- With this little room, you can survive what Putin wants to feed Obama. Yes, this is a real live nuclear survival room. Not only is this a place to survive the nuclear winter, being designed to survive the radiation poisoning of the air and ground but also capable of surviving a near direct hit. The area of this shelter is a top Soviet target and the designer was a nuclear scientist employed by the US military for most of his career with top secret nuclear clearance.

what is the name of your new channel? I liked the video, also my great grandfather built a nuclear bomb shelter and the escape hatch went under the road to his airport that was across the road. As the airport grew over the years they would have air shows and I would sit in the tower with my grandpa and uncle. the airport stayed in the family till the city bought it from us. the shelter was cool my grandpa would take me down there and show me the air system and Geiger counter. there were mre's and cots.

i dont think this is "nuke safe"
Totally nuke safe. Its behind a Mountain and all the blast targets would be on the other side and it's pretty deep. If there was a target ontop of it nope, not safe. There wouldnt be too many blasts near this spot. At least craterwise.
Also it was built by a damn nuclear scientist who was transported around the world top secretelt in a submarine in the 1960s and 1970s to evaluate coastal targets. I won't tell you where specifically he went to evaluate because its top secret. Fyi, delticola is my old channel, I made this video.

You know the guy that built this was a nuclear weapon engineer....it was deep enough to survive a nuclear war, certainly not deep enough for a direct hit. The man who designed this knew exactly what was needed.

But the guy that built this was one of the top nuclear weapons scientist of the 1960s and 1970s who travelled around on submarines evaluating top secret coastal targets. He knew what the hell he was doing. Incidentally he also invented chem lights, same guy. The father is my wacky friend in the video.
