The Legend "PACMAN", the shadow punch!!.. NOCHANGE TO WIN.. I Always watch him fight at the ring all of time... since 2001.. proud you MANNY "PACMAN" from 🇮🇩💕💕
This fight was the 7th in a run of 16 wins in a row for Pacquiao. The win streak began in 2005 after his narrow loss to Morales in their first fight. It ended in 2012 when he lost by ko to Marquez. All 16 opponents were champions at the time or recent champions, there were no 'soft' opponents. During the win streak he fought at 130, 135, 140, 147 and 150, and one fight before the streak began he fought at 126. That's a total of 6 weight classes within 6 years. Among the 16 opponents he beat Morales twice, Marquez twice, Barrera, Diaz, Oscar Dela Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey, Antonio Margarito, Shane Mosley and 3 other highly ranked Mexican fighters that had a combined record of 132-14. Each of those were championship fights. In 3 consecutive fights during the winning streak he fought at 130, 135 and 147. Then, after beating Hatton at 140 he won twice at 147, then at 150 in his next fight, then twice again at 147. The fights I've mentioned during the win streak total 16, in addition to those Manny had 56 other fights, for a total of 72. Quite a career I would say, good enough for consideration high on the list of all-time great fighters.
GOAT AND P2P BEST FIGHTER i would say! his 2010-2022 run is of an another hall of fame career as well. in 2020 he challenged the three best welterweight and fought one of them, for the two other best welterweight 1 of them is afraid and the other pulling out of the fight with bs excuse 14 days into the fight when manny is 41-42yo and on a campaign for president.
People will argue until the end of days about who was the best boxer of all time, but Manny will always be part of the conversation. I tell you one thing though; Manny will go down in history as the most exciting boxer to ever step in the ring. He was an incredible fighter, and, I might add, one hell of a great guy.
@@Wally-pu2hh I'm sure it was 12.. watched it in x0.5 speed..and looks more of a combo in slomo... and that's 12 punches in 4 seconds..I'll call it a swarm of punches then,.just like the announcer called it.
In my opinion, THIS is PRIME Pacquiao. This was at lightweight, where Manny's speed and power were at his absolute best. Furthermore, this fight was right in the middle of Manny's greatest string of victories, where he won 15 or 16 fights in a row against some extremely elite competition. Had Manny stayed at lightweight, I just don't see anyone being able to beat him. Way too much speed and power for anyone to handle. Manny has heavy, heavy hands at this weight. I just watched the Haney vs. Lomachenko fight at lightweight, and they don't come close to the power of Pac Man. Manny was truly special.
Wow! Big win for Manny Pacquiao!both fighters fought so hard but the hand that made it proved effective ending the fight without questions.thank you for sharing us this fight video.God Bless you all.

Whether or not one considers him “The Greatest Of All Time” can be subjective and depends on personal opinions. However, there’s no denying that Manny Pacquiao has left an indelible mark on the sport of boxing and will be remembered as one of its most iconic figures. He deserved it.

Lol, these guys. OP was just saying about manny and floyd’s combos and defenses, and here you are bringing again those score cards shits were OP didn't mentioned about
This to me is probably Pacquiao's most perfect fight. It was a heavier weight division. And it was here that he proved to the world that he's learned how to box. He was boxing here so good it reminded me of Ali. And yet he still ended it in a spectacular knock out victory. And hey even the commentator agrees at 18:09.
@@stealth7516 Yes. In boxing you can be a "puncher" or a "boxer". A puncher relies more on strength and speed to overwhelm the opponent with a barrage of punches with the intent to knock the opponent out. A "boxer" tries to do all that but tries to find weaknesses and openings in the style of the opponent that he can exploit while trying not to get hit himself.
@@stealth7516 well he did have that get-in get-out skill with his strikes but he had a limited arsenal to begin with. He had an effective jab-straight which were his moneymakers for many years. But I think this Diaz fight really showed the culmination of all his training with his now varied punches to his lateral movement. It's like it's the first time I've ever watched Pacquiao dance in the ring.
Most people here only sees pacquiao, but we have to admire david diaz's heart and courage to have lasted in this fight with immense beating from pacman. True heart of a warrior. Pushed himself to the very limit.
@3:50 they are saying that Manny's best days may be behind him. This fight was in 2008, 13 years ago and since then Manny just keeps collecting belts LOL. Guys like Del LaHoya, Hatton, Cotto, Thurman, and Margarito all lost their belts or retired after fighting this guy whose best days are behind him??
Technically, Margarito doesn't have a belt when they fought. WBC super welterweight champion was unoccupied back then, and they decided that whoever wins will get the belt.
There days are behind them as a comentator, i want to see Manny fight mayweather again and Manny not have any injuries, Manny had a injured shoulder and mayweather refused to let Manny take a legal shot of cortizone, it's allowed by boxing authority but Mayweather was not going to fight Manny in a equal fight.
@@xxtetsukuroxx4879 You are right but the fight was for the belt. After Margarito was exposed I enjoyed watching the little man bust him up. I don't dislike Margarito, I don't know him but I do hate cheaters who don't mind possibly permanently injuring someone just to win a fight.

For me as a boxing fan, Manny Pacquiao is the greatest. No boxer could surpass his feat. He's the only player who won different divisions even he's only 5'5" in height and he truly delivers not running.
Pacman is best fighter ever! No one will win 8 div.title, may b some day, not long time! Special man! Lord live n give him power, pray !good man, alot of heart!
A misleading propaganda. Pacquiao is a small welterweight yes but far from being smallest boxer. He was, in fact, bigger than Marquez and Barrera at 126 and 130. Even rehydrating up to 147 lbs...a normal size of a rehydrated super lightweight. So, the Manny is too small is just a myth and a complete exaggeration.
Rewatching this after Manny has long retired and after watching other fighters, I just noticed how unorthodox manny's style was. I thought back in the day what he was doing was just normal for southpaws but just at 2x speed. Maaaan his angles are abnormal and awkward. And doesn't look like the punches has power but maaaan they sure sting and damage critically.
There's some other fights from Manny's rising days where the commentators were hating on him or not giving him credit about his skills until he knocked the other guy out haha.
After this match Manny has a Chance to be Undisputed In The Lightweight division Because Juan Diaz is The Unified Champion on this year There are 2 Options Pacquiao has to choose at that time Juan Diaz and Oscar Dela Hoya ❤️ But Pacquiao Choose Dela Hoya
This was Manny refined by Freddy Roach. Right hook and more body work than previous fights. Add that to angles, footwork, combinations are ring IQ, and he was best of the best. He led with hooks. followed by uppercuts and finished with a straight left - things a left handed fighter is not supposed to be able to do period, much less against a conventional fighter. It makes me wonder how it would have turned out if Floyd hadn’t ducked him until later in his career. We’ll never know.
THE GREATEST FIGHTER OF ALL TIMES… Until now, Pacman is still fighting for the sake of the impoverished majority-- despite all odds and challenges...despite dirty fighters in the corruption-ridden political arena...

I thought back in the day what he was doing was just normal for southpaws but just at 2x speed. Maaaan his angles are abnormal and awkward. And doesn't look like the punches has power but maaaan they sure sting and damage critically.
3:43 The announcer said "Pacquiao's best days may be behind him"... LOLOLOLOL
There's some other fights from Manny's rising days where the commentators were hating on him or not giving him credit about his skills until he knocked the other guy out haha.
LOL if they only knew...
Hilarious!!
Then compare him Ali 🤦🏾♂️😂
what timestamp?

3:32 "Pacquiao may have seen his best days already."
Boy was he wrong.
incredible to think. BY this fight he was already going to the Hall of Fame. And then ...
Fighters back then were “old” in their late 20s. He’s probably
One of the first guys to start priming at those ages instead of slowing down.
right?! was he wrong..

Manny is straight kicking this dudes ass and the whole time the commentators are like "The best of pacquiao may be over" blah blah 😂
An excellent and a ferocious fight it was.

Still there's no one in the philippines that could fight like manny right now. Manny is Legendary

Manny is really a fighter proud for Manny, laban kabayan,
I was happy for Sen. Manny Pacquiao..fighting again..for our country..
THE GREATEST FIGHTER OF ALL TIMES… Until now, Pacman is still fighting for the sake of the impoverished majority-- despite all odds and challenges...despite dirty fighters in the corruption-ridden political arena...
