BEAUTIFUL..I love the tiny house movement but just a bit small for me..But this home is prefect with the land scape ..I would have a higher fence the back fence line closed off for complete privacy..Oh and in the kitchen change the white cabinet to a darker color hate white..BEAUTIFUL home

Love this home, this channel does great tours but most of the homes are too big for my taste (and obviously too expensive LOL). Turn that "dining room" into either a home office or a second bedroom and it's perfect for a couple, even with a kid if that was a 2nd bedroom.

Great use of the spaces. Only modifications I would make are to remove the wall that separates the living and dining rooms entirely (or, turn it into a half-wall), and choose a lighter paint color.
I agree! Also maybe changing to living room to where the dinning room is at the & the dinning room to whete the living room is at right now, this way the dining would be closer to the kitchen

That could also work. 👍👍 My guess is that the dining room is a converted bedroom, and that the living room was a combo living/dining room. Either configuration could work depending upon who purchases it and what their needs are.

Lovely kitchen, salon. But, to get to the dining room, have to walk through the salon - definitely a minus - who knows what could happen while carrying heavy platters, etc - especially with kids. Bathroom just an ok - nothing that stands out and the bedroom was really small. But the yard is spectacular.
