The term MS Warrior seems combative with a part of me. I tried out MS Champion. But that is still spearing myself from. MS is just a single part of me. I don’t want to wage war against myself. Nor champion, compete with a part of me. This video really got me thinking
@@billiejoe413 thanks for watching. Let me know when you find the right word or term!

I'm eating a "rainbow" 🌈 during the week I specifically hunt out all the colorful fruits & vegetables and then try and have some every day... cherries, strawberries, tomatoes, apricots, mango, citrus, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, banana, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, blueberries, beetroot... are some of my favorites 😊
@@juliesmith6228 I love this so much Julie!!

"as i lay down to sleep i pray the lord my soul to keep and if i die before i awake i pray the lord not have me re-incarnate" 🙂
My sleep report reads "This year, you're getting about the same amount of sleep as you did last year. "
2025: 5hr 14min
2024: 5hr 24min.
I think thats an over estimate. Actual duration is much less but it tends to assume that laying still in an effort to relax or put yourself together, counts as sleep. Meanwhile records an increase in my baseline's heart rate to 84 from what it was previously (72).
P. S: whats with the plant based proteins? Why not complete ones of high bioavailability such as boiled egg whites ?
@GenerationX_GR thanks so much! You are so generous. I eat plant based for health reasons; my health, the planet’s health, and the health of the animals.
@@EvenSoItIsWellThe planet's health ? Funny you said that cause that sparked old memories of a stand up late now, comedian George carlin on saving the planet. In brief he concluded that the planet is healthy with or without us (humans) living on it. Even after an ELE (Extinction Level Event) while the planet still being within the ideal distance from it's star and with it's magnetic shield still in place will recover and may again hosts carbon-based life forms as it did before (not necessarily human life). Mushrooms may have vit B12 but they too lack the complete protein amino chain.
@@EvenSoItIsWell here's a title idea for your next possible book : "Process the processed, a food guide!". Cheers! 🙂
@ oh thanks! I will look into it.
Happy new year, I use sparkling juice and it comes in a wine bottle
@@teresashomeschoolchannel227 Happy New Year Teresa! Sparkling juice sounds lovely!

Thanks for watching. Yes, I eat bread. Some with MS avoid it because of the gluten. If you are gluten sensitive avoiding it may be helpful.
I definitely recommend removing hydrogenated oils. I keep all oils to a minimum because of the high fat content and they are highly processed.
I recommend avoiding meat as there is evidence that saturated fats (like those found in meat) are not good for people with MS.
شكرا لك سيدتي على المعلومات التي تقدميها ان اقدر لك ذلك @@EvenSoItIsWell
Hi dear
I'm Saidul islam, a Digital Marketing Expert. I looked at your TH-cam channel. You started the channel in 2019 and have already uploaded over 235 videos. However, you only have 14.2K subscribers and the videos have very few views. I realised that although your content is great, the videos are not properly SEO and optimised. This has caused your channel to lose rank. I see many more problems.
If you allow me, I can advise you in detail on how to fix your channel's problems and reach the content more effectively
@Saidulislam-tj2mz no thank you
