Great vid! We all have to tinker with “diets” to find what works for our needs and lifestyles, and whatever “diet” we choose (or not), these are great tips! I call it the “crowding-out diet” of adding more good-for-me food so I’m too full for the bad-for-me food. I do add fish and lean poultry to get enough protein, but I mostly follow a MIND diet.
Great video. I've been following the OMS lifestyle since August and now working on gut microbiome after years of issues that are still not resolved. Halfway through Fiber Fueled. Mind officially blown. In a good way. Everyone on the planet should read this book. Thank you for the recommendation!!! ❤ ❤
@@EvenSoItIsWell Your video's help so much. I do not wish this disease on anyone not even my worst enemy. I felt so alone and when it first hit I thought I was dying. I have such a different amazing respect for the medical field.
@KoolKampProductions I am with you. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but we can live well with it! We live in amazing times where we have many options for medication and a much better understanding of how diet and lifestyle changes can help!
Thanks for watching! I would advise caution with everything in moderation because our food supply has become so bad. Maybe try tracking your macros in Chronometer or My Fitness Pal to track macros to see if you can identify the source of the weakness? Or it may have been that your gut was adjusting to the new healthier diet. It may take several weeks to adjust.
@ thanks for watching and commenting. There is a lot of more recent research showing that diet can help us to manage our symptoms and possibly affect progression. Multiple Sclerosis & Diet - More New Research th-cam.com/video/lkN_jCtbz-w/w-d-xo.html
@@saarif2 thanks for watching. I am not a doctor and can’t give medical advice. Please ask your doctor for their advice. That said. I can share information. 😉 According to the Ocrevus website it does reduce relapses and progression compared to Rebif. Thanks for watching. No, I am not avoiding Russia. I am not sure why your doctor said to come back in six months. Perhaps they are looking for change in your symptoms or scans?
The tests will be done in 6 months.and the doctor doesn't seem good to me, she sees a lot of people with this diagnosis.I went to a hospital that specializes in this particular disease.

Perhaps @@EvenSoItIsWell but that is a hard ask.
I generally eat a healthy diet but I start to feel sick when I do without meat for too long.
