    I was graduated from Russia and has done apostle legalization from Russia.
    So Do I need to notaries both passport copy and copy of degree certificates which is apostle before I send it to Valvira or they need just copies??

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, you will typically need to notarize both your passport copy and the copy of your degree certificates that have been apostilled before sending them to Valvira when applying to immigrate to Finland as a doctor. This helps ensure the authenticity and validity of your documents for the recognition of your qualifications. However, specific document requirements may change, so it's essential to check the most up-to-date instructions provided by Valvira or consult with them directly for your application.

    Can foreign mbbs doctor apply for recognition of the degree for finland if there is gap of clinical practice at home country for more than 4 months at the time of application?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, foreign MBBS doctors can apply for recognition of their degree in Finland even if there is a gap of clinical practice in their home country for more than 4 months at the time of application. However, the process involves several steps and requirements that need to be met, including demonstrating proficiency in the Finnish or Swedish language, and possibly undergoing additional assessments or training to meet Finnish medical standards.
      The recognition of foreign medical qualifications in Finland is managed by the Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI) and the Valvira (National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health). They evaluate foreign medical qualifications to ensure they meet Finnish standards.
      The gap in clinical practice might be considered during the evaluation process, but it does not automatically disqualify an applicant. Applicants might need to provide explanations for any gaps in employment or practice and, depending on the circumstances, might need to demonstrate their skills and knowledge are up-to-date, possibly through additional training or examinations.

    Do I get paid in internship and how much will be in average? should I pay for internship? how much it will be? if I wanna study as a specialist is the same process ? Can I choose the speciality I want or it will base on other things like CV exam mark, etc? sources for passing the exam at the end of internship? is it MCQS?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Paid Internship: In Finland, medical internships (also known as "practical training" or "Lääkäriharjoittelu") are typically paid. The average salary can vary, but you can expect a modest income during this period.
      Paying for Internship: Generally, you do not have to pay for doing an internship in Finland as a medical doctor. It's a part of your medical education and training.
      Specializing as a Doctor: To specialize, you will need to complete additional training after your basic medical education and internship. This is a separate process, and you can usually choose your specialty. However, acceptance into a specialty program may depend on various factors such as your CV, exam marks, and availability of positions in your chosen field.
      Exam at the End of Internship: The requirements for exams can vary. In many cases, exams can include multiple-choice questions (MCQs), but the specific format can depend on the institution or the medical board in Finland.
      Sources for Exam Preparation: For preparing for the exam, it’s advisable to refer to the curriculum provided by your medical institution in Finland, and you can also consult various medical textbooks and online resources that are aligned with Finnish medical education standards.

      In Finland, if you are a foreign-trained doctor, you need to pass a licensing exam to practice medicine. The requirement to take the exam typically comes after you have completed a mandatory adaptation period, which could be up to three years, depending on your prior experience and qualifications. This period allows you to familiarize yourself with the Finnish medical system and language. It's important to confirm specific requirements with the Finnish Medical Association or through the official Finnish Immigration Service website, as they can provide the most accurate and detailed guidance based on your individual circumstances.

    Could you please inform me about the specialist course available at Finland??

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In Finland, specialist medical training programs are available in various fields of medicine. These specialist training programs, known as "erikoislääkärikoulutus" in Finnish, are designed for licensed medical doctors who wish to become specialists. The training typically lasts 5 to 6 years, depending on the specialty, and includes both theoretical studies and practical work in healthcare facilities.
      Specialties available for training in Finland cover a broad range of fields, including but not limited to:
      General Practice
      Internal Medicine
      Surgery
      Psychiatry
      Pediatrics
      Obstetrics and Gynecology
      Anesthesiology
      Radiology
      Ophthalmology
      The training is organized by Finnish universities with medical faculties, such as the University of Helsinki, the University of Turku, the University of Tampere, the University of Eastern Finland, and the University of Oulu. Admission to these programs requires a medical degree recognized in Finland, proficiency in the Finnish or Swedish language, and registration with the Finnish Medical Association.
      Before starting specialist training, international medical graduates must have their medical qualifications recognized by the Finnish National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira) and may need to complete additional steps to ensure their qualifications meet Finnish standards.

    Hey! Can you please make a video about how to immigrate to Finland as an xray tech? I would like to also shadow other xray techs in Finland before i move! Please help I have been looking everywhere! I know the process is very similar to this but I cannot figure out what programs are available to intern/shadow and I want to do this before i move. Thank you so much!

      Immigrating to Finland as an X-ray technician and shadowing professionals in the field involves several steps and requirements. While I can't create videos, I can provide you with a detailed overview of the process:
      1. Recognition of Qualifications:
      Valvira Authorization: In Finland, medical professionals, including X-ray technicians, need to have their qualifications recognized by Valvira (the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health). You would need to apply for authorization and licensing from Valvira, which requires proving your qualifications are equivalent to Finnish standards.
      Language Requirements: Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is essential, as Valvira requires language proficiency to practice in the medical field. Language courses are available both online and in-person.
      2. Looking for Internship/Shadowing Opportunities:
      Contact Hospitals Directly: Finland has numerous hospitals and private clinics that employ X-ray technicians. You can contact these institutions directly to inquire about shadowing or internship opportunities. Some major hospitals have international departments that might assist international professionals.
      Networking: Joining professional networks or forums related to healthcare in Finland can provide leads and advice on finding shadowing opportunities. LinkedIn and specific professional associations related to radiology and X-ray technology in Finland can be useful.
      Educational Institutions: Some educational institutions that offer degrees in radiography might provide opportunities for practical experience or have partnerships with healthcare providers that do.
      3. Visa and Work Permit:
      Residence Permit for Work: If you plan to work in Finland, you'll need to apply for a residence permit based on employment. The Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) is responsible for residence permits.
      Residence Permit for Internship: If you find an internship, you might need a different type of residence permit specifically for that purpose. The requirements and application process are detailed on the Migri website.
      4. Cost and Living Arrangements:
      Plan Financially: Ensure you have the financial means for your stay. This includes costs for accommodation, health insurance, and living expenses. Finland has a high standard of living, and costs can be relatively high compared to some other countries.
      Finding Accommodation: Websites and local real estate agencies can help you find suitable living arrangements. Consider locations close to your shadowing/internship site.
      Resources and Further Steps:
      Valvira: Check their official website for detailed information on the authorization process for healthcare professionals.
      Migri: Visit the Finnish Immigration Service website for information on visa and residence permits.
      Language Learning: Look into resources for learning Finnish or Swedish, as this will be crucial for both professional and daily life in Finland.

    Are the exams conducted in English ?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      To practice as a doctor in Finland, especially if you've completed your medical education outside of the EU/EEA, you will need to pass a series of exams administered by Valvira, the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health in Finland. These exams assess both your theoretical and practical medical knowledge, as well as your proficiency in the Finnish language, as most medical residency programs and medical practices in Finland are conducted in Finnish. You're required to demonstrate a good command of Finnish, typically through a language test like the Finnish language proficiency test (YKI), to ensure effective communication with patients and within the healthcare system.
      The process involves an assessment of your education, a demonstration of sufficient language skills, completion of an internship, and passing a three-part examination that covers clinical knowledge, healthcare in Finland, and clinical skills. Upon successful completion of these steps, you can apply for licensing to practice medicine in Finland. The exams are rigorous and may require significant preparation, including familiarity with the Finnish medical system and guidelines.
      It's important to note that the process for licensing and the exams are designed to ensure that doctors practicing in Finland meet the high standards of medical knowledge and patient care expected within the country. Therefore, while the exams are challenging, they are crucial for integrating international medical graduates into Finland's healthcare system effectively.

      To immigrate to Finland as a doctor for two persons, you should show at least €30 per day per person for your stay. This does not apply to animals like dogs; separate requirements exist for bringing pets, which do not include daily financial amounts.

      If you bring a dog along, please read about the laws concerning pets in advance. Finns love dogs, but they'll need to be vaccinated and quarantined properly. The rules are a bit strict but due to this, we have no heartworm here. Edit: Finland has laws concerning the time dogs must be leashed. During the nesting period of birds and animals, all dogs must be on a leash when in nature with them. Dogs are not generally allowed on regular beaches, but there are beaches just for them arranged everywhere.

    how to immigrate as ..medical lab technologist or medical lan technician..please provide detail information

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Immigrating to Finland as a healthcare professional involves several steps. Here’s a comprehensive guide for doctors, medical lab technologists, and medical lab technicians:
      Qualification Recognition:
      Doctors: You need to have your medical degree recognized by the Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI). This involves submitting your credentials for evaluation and may include completing additional training or examinations.
      Medical Lab Technologists and Technicians: Similarly, you must have your qualifications recognized by EDUFI. This process ensures your education and training meet Finnish standards.
      Language Proficiency:
      Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish is crucial as these are the official languages. You may need to pass a language proficiency test. Many institutions offer language courses, and it's advisable to start learning the language as early as possible.
      Licensing:
      Doctors: After your qualifications are recognized, you must obtain a license to practice from Valvira, the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health. This process may involve practical training or passing additional exams.
      Medical Lab Technologists and Technicians: You also need to apply for a license from Valvira. The requirements may vary based on your specific role and qualifications.
      Employment:
      Securing a job offer from a Finnish healthcare institution can significantly ease the immigration process. Employers can often provide support and guidance through the licensing and immigration procedures.
      Residence Permit:
      Apply for a residence permit for employed persons through the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri). You'll need to provide proof of your job offer, qualifications, language proficiency, and other necessary documentation.
      Integration:
      Finland offers various integration programs to help immigrants settle in, including language courses and cultural orientation.
