Thank you for this teaching Jason - excellent timing. It is strange how we can hear the same message 10, 000 times and think we have an understanding. Then on the 10, 000 + 1 time, something else is triggered and another layer of the onion is peeled back. Again, thank you!

The consciousness in you and the consciousness in me, apparently two, really one, seek unity and that is love." Nisargadatta Maharaj One of my favourite Quotes from I Am That.

Nameste Jason, absolutely love, love your breakdown of Our True inner Nature. Actually inspires Me to be Mindful and aware of Myself. Shanti! Shanti! Shanti! Thank you 🙏
Wow, that was an incredibly valuable and lucid explanation that clears up a lot of stuff that can be rather confusing to western minds in particular. Thank you so much. I will be rewatching this many times.
Wow Jason I really want to thankyou for this video. The past 2 weeks I have been unable to hold on to any belief, thought, teaching, anything. I felt as lost as I did liberated. Today I've only started to realise what is happening. 'I' am getting out of the way. Thankyou for your share. You articulate so well and I am ever so grateful for you doing so. 🙏
Loved your description of Jiva as an "interference pattern" and Maya as a ruler, measuring this and that. Very helpful. Reinforces the maxim that really hits home for me: "Radiation without a radiator".
Such an important truth just dropped over a YT video in a sea of other YT videos. :) Can't help but smile at that thought. But the greatest treasures are often deceptively veiled by simplicity. Thank you for this.
Hi Jason, the Tao and "I am that" are my go to books on spiritually. They blend together beautifully. Thanks Brother for your insightful interpretations.
Thank you. Jason. This once again reiterates my understanding/knowing and embodying Brahman. Awareness/consciousness cannot be objectified, but yet it needs to be understood by the mind (tool) in some sense as 'something', in order to be able to embody it.
Thank you for sharing your engaging insights. It seems there is a universal path that leads to unencumbered clarity. We humans can transcend our shell of conditioning despite our evolved nature. Pretty amazing ✨ The gravitational pull of earthly attachment gradually weakens as we enter the sphere of cosmic consciousness…which illuminates and guides us into an unfamiliar state of being. Once we know how limited our ego driven mind is, we can begin to merge with cosmic/universal awareness. (Bankei’s Unborn Mind)
Salamat Jason. I am reading I AM THAT now - what an excellent read! Had to stop your vid often to absorb and take notes. Guessing you may have many requests to speak fast to satisfy the majority. I used to have a lot of resistance towards my teacher for going so slow before I realized that's exactly what I needed. In any event, I appreciate your videos, they are very informative and come across as unbiased (like the universe is)

Thank you, brother, for discussing these topics (for trying to discuss that which has no words!). Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and Ranjit Maharaj knew how to pierce right through the mind's cloud of distractions.
Beautifully explained...and "The knower of Brahman does not know Brahman "... It is very difficult for the mind to reside in the void or just be a witness as it is very active.. I find a good way is to immerse yourself in something you like or listen to good music and get lost in the tunes .
Nisargadatta's most 'advanced' pointing: "All pointers point to WHAT IS NOT. . . When you grasp the objective of spirituality, you understand that 'spirituality' is also PART OF THE MIRAGE. . . What you are, YOU ALREADY ARE. And AS The Absolute, THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE."
It is fascinating how all this gets down to Taoistic kind of 'go with the flow, not against it' concept that is universal across religions and beliefs.
Jason, I really found you not only dear, but sincere. Leave the book, be the whole creation... Aldo his New viacle is great... go to 12 and 13th jana I rely remember a lots of my reincarnation, the only purpose is to live, and enhance teachings, and yoga, and other exercises. Do Vinjata yoga. Channels is great! Thank you. As Sāmma-Sambudha, experience all this for your self. And no self ;)
Strange timing indeed.. recent subscriber, great content. I was recently curious if you had ever covered Nisargadatta Maharaj. One of the great teachers to use logic and discernment to dissolve illusions.
Great presentation. It would help people like me who are not familiar with all the Indian terminology to use English equivalents more often. In all fairness, you did do that occasionally. I frequently had to pause the video to recall what the Indian word meant. Otherwise, extremely clear and organized presentation. Thanks. It was very "enlightening".
Great video. You are right I see the over analytical nature in me. I use the word god for lack of a better word lol. Losing one’s free will is so scary… especially around the living dead that are all around.

Love your video Jason. But Whatever name you use call upon to "Him", He answers to the sincere and the suppliant. Every people have their own sound they produce in order to address that which is. All sounds are pointers to Him (or Her if you like for it is not a thing). He is known when one sits on His Throne for only He sits on His Throne.
Jason, when did you become especially aware of and interested in 'spirituality'? Your ability to integrate, grok & communicate things is a clear demonstration that it's your Li. It goes beyond your simply being studious & having a relatively high IQ.
So another word for Brahman would be causality. Causality would be valid for the jiva and jnani because you make your own reality or rather causality causes your reality; one cannot escape causality, every attempt to change ones path in life arises from a causal event. A guru cannot help but be a guru, a materialist is on a causal path that leads him to be a materialist. Now it maybe that a bank manager has an NDE which leads him to become spiritual but the NDE was a causal event. Incidentally experiments with DMT at the Imperial collage in London showed surprising similarities with NDE's even the life review as shown by the brain mapping with electrodes could be explained as that part of the brain for organizing memory and decision making was highly active during the experiment.
Your last point is not exactly true. During the time of Nisargadatta there was also Osho, and my own teacher was a student of Nisargadatta and told me that the plane was full of people going to Osho, not Nisargadatta. The truth is that Nisargadatta was very fierce on his students and if they were not sincere he sended them away. In reality there were no more then around 10 to 15 students while Osho had thousands of students. Nisargadatta became popular after he died because a dead master cannot shout at you like he did.
Good, but if there is Parabrahman (para=beyond), then Brahman is not the ultimate reality, acc. to Sri Nisargaddata and others. He also states somewhere that we create, as the supreme self, all the gods and scriptures. He did not seem to believe in the "reality" of the person, even as a "Jiva". My take on a very elusive doctrine.

Hi Jason, probably more accurate phonetically for an Australian to pronounce Jnani as Nyani rather than Gyani.
Reminds me of Freemasonry's Divine Blueprint.
There is no ultimate truth. It's all different perspectives. In fact, to know the ultimate truth we would have to experiment all the perspectives at the same time.

Just my opinion....
Nisargadatta spoke so forcefully and unapologetically. I Am That is the same. It's just page after page of ruthless clarity.
Did the universe create life or did life create the universe? I know we live in a biocentric universe...
Both r same ....its an illusion....
In a way it goes both ways .. but scientifically the universe created life
