This Damac tower is located at Business Bay which is one of the core areas of Dubai. In this locality apartment can be booked for few days if you are on a small trip, in that situation the per day rent will be definitely higher than the rent I have mentioned in the video. We used to pay rent in advance in one cheque for the whole year.
We have moved out of this apartment for good:)
