Only one thing it would matter for my wife is about Kitchen as she gets conscious and accord feel if guest sitting and she has to cook in front of them. Will be Blinds type or Curtains to be solution for it...? Are the layout of all flats similar.

More or less its same layout only bt yes if u want to put blinds you can or u can put glass or any frame if u want to cover kitchen
