I hate how when Lorelai told Emily where Richard was she didn't believe her and the way she talked to the nurse was down right rude and disrespectful to her and she acted like Lorelai was lying to her and didn't believe a word she was saying
Ok but let’s be real, you don’t tell things like that with a smile like that. My mom is a nurse and confirmed this to me when we Watched this episode together. I wouldn’t have like it either
Rewind back to season 1 or 2... Everyone was gathered for a Christmas celebration at the Gilmore's. Lorelei was uninvited due to some squabble between her and Emily. No doubt over what happened the night of the Chilton dance and Rory and Dean staying out all night. Anyway, Richard was being hot and fidgety with his tie. When he walks into the kitchen he has an heart attack and collapses on the floor. Fast forward to the current video. While teaching an economics class at Yale he has a massive heart attack and is rushed to the hospital. Emily is at the club and isn't notified immediately about what happened. Rory was taking the economic class at the time, called her Mom to tell her what happened. Here's the part that PISSES ME OFF... Lorelei calls and leaves multiple messages for Christopher to come to the hospital. He's still upset over the letter for Luke's custody hearing. Anyway, when Babette comes to the diner to tell Luke about Richard, he literally stops everything and rushes to the hospital. While there he runs errands, brings back dinner ALL BEFORE Christopher even thinks about showing up...Hours later. Upon seeing Luke he gets even more upset and is even more put out about the situation. Emily's line at the end about blood being thicker than water, has a special meaning to the entire scene.
The Gilmore women all swooning for Logan 😂
He is pretty swoonworthy, lol
Emily was right about that nurse being cheery while delivering sad news like why would you be doing that?
Nurses, for years were told to put on that cheery attitude when dealing with the families, my aunt has been a nurse going on almost 30 years.
This is why Emily quits the DAR later on.
They’re always so wasteful re food. 😂
Nice job

That's just classic Emily. A pure narcissist if there ever was one. In all fairness, she's out of control of the entire situation and she's frantic.
@@m.layfette6249 yeah but I probably would be too if the same thing happened to me

@m.layfette6249 Well said, nothing left to say.
Because people can have heart attacks?
@@m.layfette6249Both Richard and Emily treated Luke like trash when he was dating Lorelei Emily has no problem getting him to run the errands for her.
why not 😝
My God, she is so horrible.
