I’ve never tried to grow potatoes, but I think your way of doing it sounds good to me. It’s just me and my husband here so I don’t want to have a massive amount of potatoes for two people at one time but I would like to spread it out or I could harvest potatoes for quite a few months.

yeah planting at different timing allows you not having to harvest all at once
The taste is so much better, the sweetness and smoothness is more natural, while shop potato can be quite starchy and earthy
There is nothing like grow your own food

Also, I live right in town and don’t have a lot of land so I have to be careful how I use my land and I do try to play quite a few things vertically
