Hi Cheryl, Do you hens always make this kind of racket it after they lay an egg? 😮 I have 4 hens about 4 mos old so they aren’t laying yet. I have a Barnvelder too (JoJo) and her feathers are so pretty. I’m sure she’ll be looking like Buela soon 😀

How cute! Once 2 of my chickens were broody and 1 of them pulled the eggs out from under the other one!
They are egg thiefs for sure! Did you know they can tuck the eggs up under their wings to carry them off??? It's true!
