It would’ve been nice if you showed us how to set up the drip pan in the Weber, how to divide the charcoal out and how far apart. Also how long you soaked the wood chips for?

So glad I am across this video! I’m a big fan of grilling and smoking on the Weber Kettle. And also a fan of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce. I’m retired now but when I use to travel on business to Itasca I would visit your Wood Dale location. Seem to remember a story about the floor coming from a BBQ place in the south. Anyway great video and thanks for the memories and the great food I had at your establishment!

To Whom It May Concern; My name is Tim Williams and I was watching you demonstrate Barbecuing Baby Back Ribs on the Weber Kettle Grill using the Rib Rack.
To my understanding you said that it takes 2-2 1/2 hrs. Can you also do the same way with St. Louis Spare Ribs?
Please let me know and If you don't mind, I'd like to request for you to demonstrate how to barbecue Chicken pieces. Thank you and may you have a great and wonderful day.

hey Tim , weird they never responded to ya. But yes both baby back and st. louis 1.5 to 2 lb slabs need about 2 to 2.5 hours at between 260-295 degrees F . you want to cook until tender with a fork or knife poke. then finish open with sauce like in this video. Ribs must be wrapped in tinfoil or must use a pan with water underneath like the video. good luck , there's nothing like buying ribs on sale and cooking them perfect. i use an air fryer now but same principles apply.
