OMGosh that reminded me of my sister's wedding. I had a newborn and was inside nursing him when my 19 month old jumped into the pool, another of my sisters jumped in while all dressed up for the wedding. She was so mad at me because I wasn't watching him. I tried to explain the reason I have had him in swim lessons since he was 4 months old. He was even on "That's Incredible" swimming through hoops when he was 10 months old. I wasn't worried, he could swim, he can walk, and he didn't need to be saved. I said "why didn't you go to the other side and help him out, lol!

I'm all for the cheap laugh. It definitely makes me feel better. And Dan, you're absolutely the best. I too have been embarrassed by teachers while in school for something I didn't do. Worse, I was given a swatting with a meter stick on my behind as punishment. Again, for doing nothing, but a kid thought I did and tattled. =(

As for the swimming incident, I sympathize. I cannot understand how none of those adults were unable to see real distress in a child (due to all of those accusations). You'd think that people would be able to tell when someone is being sincere. My heart goes out to your younger self.

I saw your video weird qustions from sweden. I think you know that feelings are important and nothing easy to ignore otherwise you wouldn't sing so deeply and beautifull and with such spirit. That comes from somewhere and from experience even from dark feelings like feeling down, angriness, happiness and so on earlier in life. Admiration and compassion will also help you develop and be a better version of yourself. But anyway thank you for your beautiful videos.
