When you have military competition it's only the men and they go at each other with fists and sticks and knives causing minimal damage to the environment. There is an ongoing issue with women getting less promotions over men. Some speculate it has to do with the reason that women during pregnancy can take holidays or even quit a company after childbirth while men won’t do such a thing and hence won’t cause any hindrance. Whatever the reason may be, only 5.4% female CEO globally is quite embarassing!
