Israel's defence minister Yoav Gallant has issued a warning for the Hezbollah. During a meeting with US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin, Gallant said that Israel "could send Lebanon back to the stone age". This statement comes after Israel shifted its focus from the war in Gaza to targeted attacks on its northern border on Hezbollah. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Israeli soldiers on Israel's border with Lebanon on Tuesday (June 25, 2024). While Israel seems ready for any confrontation with the Hezbollah, the US wants to avoid any further escalation in West Asia. Hezbollah, too, is sending subtle signs of confronting Israel. Last week, they released a drone footage which featured ports and airports in the Israeli city of Haifa. Will the Israel-Lebanon conflict escalate? On Vantage tonight, we bring you an assessment.

Here in 2024, there's a TV presenter who interviews girls some as young as 10, who were sold by their parents for marriage...stone age mentality. After Palki left Wion the newsreaders there are now very good. They learnt from Palki. Alyson please continue and you will also be excellent. I would suggest to Vantage to allow Alyson and other new trainees along with Palki. Such that every day, two or three news readers are giving us the news each with their topic. Definitely, Palki Sharma is a very good News Reporter and the only news I watch is presented by her. But she has been ditching her subscribers quite often. Previously, She was in WION(World Is ONe) and then she left for almost 2 months and returned with Firstpost and now again Gone. I think its right time to stop fan following of Paliki Sharma. On the Other Hand, New news reader is not too bad. She might be westerner and have a different accent but i find that she has very good tone and her presentation is also good. She has a good camera and lighting, but it is too "cool" (say 5-6000K) as you'll see on her other show. I'm guessing either the people at Firstpost overcompensated adjusting the white balance from her feed in an attempt to make her stand out from the blue globe, or she's using warmer light over a green screen so they can use the contrasting blue earth. Regardless they could do a better job because it's annoying.
