      @@woobielocks I can relate. My knee and foot on the right side, my tailbone, and bowels have issues. The pain has gone away though, as I have begun spiritual awakening.
      I have had money and lost it and vice versa. But trying to exit the lack matrix is helping.
      I have moved five times in the last five years, but wanderlust has always been there. I like to travel and explore.
      As a starseed, I have never "fit in" anywhere and have only had only one real friend per location. However, meditating and getting closer to Source is helping me understand the lightworker calling.
      I'm trying now to do Sadhana yoga, for my back, first thing. This really helps!
      The stiffness in the morning had gotten terrible. So looking at sustainable food sources and doing more stretches and barefoot walks have been great. Getting there! Much success to you!

      Tbh j never felt like I belonged in my body but after doing this I feel more like I CAN be here but I still don’t really belong here like how everyone energetically feels like they fit in if that makes sense. Lol it’s been 2 weeks since my root chakra thing and I’ve noticed a loooot of improvements! In my thinking patters, feelings and my overall “vibe”

    i have felt ungrounded for most of my life and have only now realized why. I had a very dysfunctional childhood and used daydreams as a way of escaping and coping. However i didn't stop this coping mechanism even after moving out because it had become embedded in my psyche. I always wondered why i have a hard time being consistent and doing anything and also feeling disconnected from reality. I enjoy school and i have dreams i want to work towards but i never seemed to have the will to work towards those goals and studying has been extremely difficult for me. I looked up some stuff about chakras and found that my problem might just be a root chakra problem. I did one meditation on the root chakra and felt immensely better and more grounded. I actually got some things done quite easily. Also although before i disliked the color red now i find i really like this color, it makes me feel grounded and secure. I think im finally on the right path to healing and balancing my chakras. Thank you for these videos they are very helpful.

      Kryssie Mango how is it going for you? I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read your comment. I was physically & emotionally abused growing up and used to day dream for hours to cope & escape. Now as an adult I’m struggling to let go of that habit. When things or relationships are difficult I go to that automatically. Going to try healing my chakras. Best of luck

      Kryssie Mango i felt like u were talking about me, i use daydreaming as an escape from reality as a defense mechanism also developed as a child, kept me from being social and just like u i have so many goals yet I haven’t achieved any of them cause I didn’t put up the work. Hope u update us if anything changes best of luck

      Wow. This sounds just like me, I would daydream all the time as a child, wishing I was someone else due to the abuse I was facing. As an adult I still daydream a lot and disorganized and forgetful. Everytime anything gets hard I slip into my daydreams and it's costing me a real life. I am going to try working on my Chakras to help.

    A few more pointers to a weak root chakra that I'm trying to heal:
    - inability to take care of oneself while getting lost in the demands of the external environment (not taking required breaks during work to avoid burnout, constantly working in survival mode, not having food on time, not walking away from physically/ emotionally unsafe places etc.)
    - feeling vulnerable and primal fear kicking in when you become exposed as the centre of attention even in a peaceful ambience resulting in intense panic/ anxiety attacks
    - inability to fully understand the mechanisms and working principles of objects/ systems in the physical world (you may be much better at comprehending abstract concepts, language etc. but seem stupid practically )

      @@chakraboosters why cant you simply balance your root chakra to remove all those ' symptoms'?

    • @chakraboosters
      @chakraboosters  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You absolutely can, PL. That's why I am sharing so many videos on how to heal your chakras. But do be aware that the root is the densest slowest chakra and takes the longest (and is the hardest) to change. I have healed my root tremedously over the last 10 years. I now have stable home and finances, and no knee or bowl issues and I literally changed my bones (my scoliosis) in a very positive way by doing root chakra work. xoxo, Vicki

      Hi Lizzie, I get it hon. I too felt that chakras were more metaphorical than literal until I had to study them over and over for yoga teacher trainings and started to feel them in my body and was also able to see that I was the poster child for a chronically weak root chakra. Life eventually leads us where we need to go and shows us what we need to see (thankfully). xoxo, Vicki

    Yes everything you said I have everything!!!
    I used a pendulum to see if my chakras are open or closed. The pendulum didn't move at all at my root chakra. My root chakra is blocked. The chakra above it was moving backwards it's closed. The next chakra it was hardly open. My heart chakra blocked, throat chakra blocked. My third eye the pendulum was moving very little. The crown chakra is wide open.
    I definitely would like to clear, open and heal all my chakras

    OMG. Everything you said is just a description of me..Traumatic childhood, being placed in foster care as a baby, removed from care then placed back home at the age of three..learning a new language in the process because my parents spoke a different language. Being totally ignored by my mother who favoured my brother until her passing. A father who was himself full of trauma, couldn't connect. I spent my youth trying to just belong (at school, with friends, at home). Spent my childhood reading adventure books to switch off and take my mind of the harsh reality. I was basically never 'there'. Had trouble looking people in the eye, I took refuge in books and my own imagination. Ran away from home and haven't stopped travelling the world since then. Never really felt homesick, on the contrary, I have a crazy way to adapt easily to new surroundings because I lack the basic feeling of fear that most people have. I may have it but maybe misinterpret it for mere excitement. Been struggling with episodes of depression ever since I can remember. I'm 46, still single, been unable to have a stable relationship with a man, playing cat and mouse with them. I am now in Africa feeling depressed again and working on my root chakra😂. I forgot: had weak feet since childhood, that is, I can't wear heels, even tiny ones, twisted my ankles countless times because I have weak ankles AND been having varicose veins since I was a teenager.
    Thank you for the video. I'll work on getting a stronger root chaakra. Bless you.

    I have been working on my root chakra for years and it's just not opening. I stopped for awhile and recently received a sign it was time to start again, this time with the mantra Lam, guided meditation and color red everywhere. I have been doing so for about a week now and my tail bone is very sore. Is this normal. Have you had this experience. Thanks for your videos. Namaste

    Hi Vicki! Well, I have a broken tailbone (rollerblading incident) and I never can get my root chakra in check!! Do you think that could be part of the problem or do you have any experience with broken tailbones and root chakras?? Thank you so much, there is absolutely zero info on this anywhere on the internet!!!

    • @chakraboosters
      @chakraboosters  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know much about broken tailbones, hon, but I did land on mine right as I was going into my root chakra life cycle. Accidents are typically ACTIVATIONS of a chakra. Watch this: th-cam.com/video/6HTyR9io8J8/w-d-xo.html xoxo, Vicki

    HEY VICKIE! I was trying to split my Chakras open but i couldnt align my roots. How would I go about to find where my Chakras would be coming out of. So far, if i try 2 hard my nose starts to bleed, is that normal? Also what would you reccomend for someone who has cncr for chakra treatment? Any gemstones good for healing 2?

    • @chakraboosters
      @chakraboosters  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      So sorry, Ollie, but I'm not sure I understand what you're asking honey, but I'll do my best. What is cncr? Gemstones are great for root since root is earth element and rocks come from the earth. Use red and black stones such as hematite, black tourmaline, red jasper, garnet, ruby and obsidian. What are you doing that is leading to your nose bleeding? Blessings, Vicki

      My guru advised us to start mediating once the children reaches 14 but I haven't received the rationale behind this.

Usually come home with a LOT of leg and foot injuries. Moved recently, so i guess its time to work on it! Thanks for the vid. much love, from nyc

    I have trouble feeling warm (I'll feel like it's freezing in 78 degree weather sometimes) and I rarely feel safe, I have a lot of irrational fears and anxiety. Do you think this is related to root chakra weakness? I'm almost certain my root chakra is weak but idk if those things specifically are related.

    Wow thank you!! You just described me!... with this shift that is happening now, I’ve heard that specially now those of us that have a weak root chakra we need to work on that... do you know if it takes a lot of time to heal this?? 🙏🏻✨

    • @chakraboosters
      @chakraboosters  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The root is the slowest chakra, Olma. A couple of it’s key lessons are to slow down and be patient. So I can only say it takes longer than the other chakras (and it’s supposed to because that’s the only way to teach those lessons). Remember also that chakra healing is not a toggle switch of healed/not healed. It’s a life long progression.

    Wow, i definitely have this. Just wow. Im surprised i havent noticed this in 10 years.
    I have a 77 degree scoliosis, and problems with staying focused / scheduling. I also have 'lymphangiomatosis', where i have lynphatic malformations all over my body. I've had low platelets and blood counts too, especially during childhood.. it was veryy bad.
    I really need to do work on this. What would you advise? Do i have any other chakra imbalances?

      Hi MF, I can't know if you haver other chakra imbalances without a wider view of your life, but it definitely sounds like you want to strengthen your root. Some time ago I was experiencing some really bad shit, like horrible thoughts that I had never had, really strong fear out of nowhere, so I saw this video and thought it was root chakra opening. It turned out I was being opressed and meditation only opened me up to this kind of stuff. Isn't it weird people do this to get more "enlightened" and happy and turn out suffering and hearing that "its normal, it will pass, it's a dark night that might last 12 years". Guys, research about people who had problems meditating and who got into the new age and ended up being really opressed, this is real. If you're suffering, JUST STOP

    So I think my husband has a weak root chakra..he doesn't feel like he belongs to his families (bio & step family..) + the other symptoms & signs, but he also has that other sign you said is a sign of an overactive chakra. So is that possible and would it make any sense to have some signs from underactive and overactive chakra? Can you explain why? Thank you.

    • @chakraboosters
      @chakraboosters  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Stefani, Sometimes our soul energy (past life selves) has one tendency, whereas our body (our bio heritage) has another tendency, so we can come off with contradictions in the root. Usually, in my experience, more often than not, it's the body that has over-active root in the lineage and in order to sort of stay out of what feels like a "trap," the soul never fully incarnates/embodies, so there is this tendency to be unrooted. Still, the body has a "mind" of it's own, and that can sometimes surface (in overactive symptoms). I usually describe this in pages, rather than a paragraph, so I hope this makes sense. xoxox, Vicki

      Make sure to make it fun, Ashy. Root chakra is the slowest, so while you can become aware of it in an instant, it take a while for your body to integrate it and make it your new norm. Love and blessings, Vicki

    I got therapy after my mum passed away, and I started yoga and working with myself. However, I do have an issue:
    I get flatfoot, scoliosis, and financial problems. I used to move from one place to another after six months of one year, issues with my bowels, inconsistency, and family issues. I feel like I do not belong.

      Most of the healers I know (including myself) have suffered serious trauma, best. It's what makes us feel a need to heal ourselves and motivates us to help others. The things so many of us experience are not just bad, but horrific. I'm sorry about the pain you've experienced. I hope you find a path to healing and I'm sending you love. 💜💜💜
