I felt a release of my pelvic pain after months of a constant piercing pain. Idk what brought me to this video. But when I tried to focus on the pain instead of distract myself from it, I felt compelled to look up chakras and I was drawn to the root chakra video. I want to cry from the relief I feel. This is the first time in months I’ve laid down and been pain free. I don’t understand how simply listening to a video can have such a big impact but it did happen and I’m thankful

I experienced this 7 years ago. Now i have none. It gradually got better. Two best things helped. Breathe/yoga + meditation. Yoga was more effective though. Hip opening yoga.

Teal, I am a recovering addict/alcoholic I am nearing my one year anniversary of sobriety....When I first discovered your channel in fall of 2018 I did not expect how much it would help me with my recovery.. I am learning so much about myself through inner work and sometimes it can be overwhelming and I start to feel lost and hopeless.. When this happens I look to your videos for guidance, theres yet to be an issue that I wasn’t able to get some sort of insight from you on. I am so very grateful for you, you have a beautiful soul thank you so much!

This has been some of the most straight forward and "non-gimmicky" information on chakras I've ever come across. My crown chakra was opened in a moment of intense realization, and I finally felt like I had a place in the universe, but it felt empty and I had no idea where to start "filling" that void. This video gave me a lot of direction and pointed out my root chakra definitely needs some work. Thanks for the good information!

Divine timing!! I'm currently experiencing a miscarriage, and the process has been especially hard because my partner has decided to be cold and distant. I'm not upset with him anymore. I've released the resentment, and am now focusing my attention on healing myself. Most of what you've stated in this video are things that I've been 'craving.' Craving beets and other ground provisions, I'm literally wearing my hair red now which is the usual, wanting to go to the park as to be on the ground and feel the Earth, etc. That last one is big for me because when I am stressed I tend to go to the beach, I'm not a walk barefooted on dirt kind of person.

Fear is most certainly designed to guide us in the direction of growth, that fear you feel is a signal to your brain to take a moment and assess a situation, by doing this you may be able to see something you haven't seen before, but sometimes this takes longer than we would like it too. Being able to process fear allows us to address these issues and avoid the physical side effects it can have on our bodies. As above so below, as in the mind so within the body.

Teal. I love you. A spiritual bada&$. I have been struggling mightily with my root. Something I lost when I was strong in it.. I never thought of the depth in relating connections and that safety Amazing. My lower back hips and nerves around my legs and stomach have been very poor. I’ve healed it before. But I think being with ‘safe’ others in place really helped that more then my chi Kung tai chi or excercuse work. Maybe even a hidden gem in any therapy office. The safety and connection 🤷🏻‍♂️. I awoke intending to work on my root being layed up and feeling no ‘primal’ urge. I haven’t felt like me at all. I’m thankful for this teaching. It was incredibly timing! So synchronized I feel more energized. 🙏💫

it's funny because I have struggled with depression since I was like 8 or 9, I saw 'demons' and what they do, it scared me to death.
My parents and whole family abused and neglected me, I lost all ground, years later I found you! And got much, much better, but whenever I start to think like ' wow im such a pro at this' something happens and I get off track... so much trauma and shadows.
I got severely sick while trying to meditate about my root chakra, which every spiritual person I know says to be almost non existent, they say: " wow your energy is insane! Beautiful. This heart chakra is blinding omg but what happened to the root one? it's dark..." I'm still recovering from my root healing which caused me fever, throat inflammation, pain all over the body etc...
Sometimes I see Teal's face while meditating, I have no idea if it's my ego imagining things or if we actually may have a weird connection, I dreamed about her this night we were walking in a weird mall. When I woke up I was a bit more aware of my issue coming from the root chakra all my life not anyone or anything else, then I was about to search her first video about this and boom, new one hours ago, crazy!
I just wanna say thank you for helping so many people I know it's difficult, I know your struggles but just thank you so much for being so strong, hope one day we can meet and you can call me a fool for not listening to my body ages ago, and letting fear take over my whole life hahaha.
ps. quick funny sad story, one day late at night here in brazil I was about to change my Teal's podcast on spotify and to guys on a motorcycle robbed me, that never happened, but it was the first time I actually felt my root chakra screaming in agony, no wonder I got into that, decades of trauma being just tossed to my shadow to handle alone, still, I miss my phone hahaha It happened in march this year, it sucks.

This video helped me to understand why I'm dressing in completely black all the time, since I'm a child. Even my car is black! And also understand why I like black and green color themes. I think my root chakra is healing somehow at the moment. Quit a few addictions in the last 2 years and still battling with a few, but there are a lot of improvements.
    Amazing content, thank you!

This is a very important topic to mention concerning how much the people are disordered with their root center specifically.
The first energy center ultimately relates to making the very last, the highest of all energy centers.
So the deeper the roots become for the foundation, the higher oneself grows to the heavens with their own life and consciousness.
Therefore the root energy center is most responsible for Supreme Conscious leading to Salvation.

I am grateful to notice the progress which I have made.
Today I mostly learned to understand more why I was not feeling 'at home' on our earth.
Now I have the feeling of belonging to the consciousness party, which we have been planning since 4 trillion years on this planet.
Access consciousness, release all judgements and mental constructs that come with them.

I truly feel I’m on this path and find certain videos for a reason. This is all very new to me I’m excited and frightened to start my journey on this spiritual path and my ego will whisper ( it’s your adhd. You will lose interest ) I truly feel like I need to start with my root. I have been diagnosed with depression anxiety ptsd ( sister died of cancer when I was 6.5, she was 5) substance abuse. And just recently adhd. I’ve had this pull to find my purpose. Asking questions about death, afterlife and the God of my understanding. I feel lost and confused but know I need to start somewhere and I believe it’s with unblocking my chakras from the bottom up. Praying for signs I’m on the right path ❤

Sometimes I get the feeling that she talks down to the viewer and is tired of what she has to say. I always come to her channel with curiosity and leave feeling lectured. I rarely give negative reviews to people because creating content is an admirable thing. She can be what the type of teachers we need the most in the 21st century. I just don't want to feel guilty for not doing yet another list of things that I was supposed to be doing and that's why I'm failing as a human being in yet another way

Weird, I've always felt that she tries her best not to come across insensitive or lecturing. I feel talked down to by Jordan Peterson (love him but he has a way of speaking that says his way is the best way or no way at all like a hard headed father) but I come here by Teal to feel nurtured and loved with some facts brought across in clear and precise manner that leaves me to formats it to suit myself. I guess we're all different dealing with different issues.

this video is so important. My red chakra is not open either. But I think it's very important to open it. Because now I live too much with my head in the clouds.
I have trouble living here. why do we have to eat and sleep, I wonder every day. Simply because a part of me has trouble living here.
but I do feel attracted to red. Almost everything in the house is red. I also like blue, but I really like red.
I have chakra singing bowls. precious stones and walk outside barefoot every day, winter and summer. And visualize that every chakra opens every day. So I'm really working on it.

Wow. I'm not scared of say, dying, waking up to thieves in the house (done that) etc, but I have spent a lot of years being terrified of my bad marriage and not wanting to be there but, of course, not wanting to lose my kids. And now with all the nonsense going on in the world I'm worried for my grown sons, and their future kids and all that entails. Now I hear you explaining the effects of a blocked root chakra.....they are just about ALL me, from a buggered back and zero energy to very shallow breathing. I really didnt know what was wrong with me. Thank you for this!!!!! Hopefully I can now get onto the path of healing.

YES, metal can be incredibly aggressive, RAP can also be incredibly aggressive as well as degrading to women, racist, hateful and often times about murder and damn proud of it. We MUST be careful what we allow into our energy fields.

    • @guidoretro
      @guidoretro 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@@seekeroftruth376 yes, there is metal that is negative but there are bands that are very positive while mantaining that raw energy of metal, bands like Borknagar, Blut aus Nord, Celeste, Ne Obliviscaris and many more.

Very good for me and my family. Being spiritual types, it’s a natural weakness. It’s telling that everyone in my family’s favorite color was blue except for me and mine was green! In my teens, it switched to red at some point. I’ve had degrees of awareness of us not being quite well rooted in the world especially after my pop died, but I’ve been trying to reclaim it in different ways like pursuing martial arts, exercising, yoga, tai chi/qi gong, breath work, and owning my anger (maybe that has more to do with other ones). Now I’m confronting my root issues again by confronting my resistance to earning a conventional, stable living. A coaching made it patently obvious to me that this was what was bugging my brother and I so much.
20:27 someone had fun here 😂
