This video is on point. Some Tesla enthusiasts try to convince me that it has the better tech (efficiency, autopilot...). Others tell me I should go for something more economical. What both don't get is the emotional side. I'm simply in love with this car, especially with the Nappa seats. No other car at this price range will give me the deep satisfaction that I'll get by approaching and driving it. I don't care about Tesla's alleged or real superiority. Their design is boring, if not ugly. And who cares about a few Euros more if the money literally makes me happy each time I enter it. Priceless. Can't wait to own it.
I find it really interesting to know in their heart of hearts what the reviewers feel about the cars they drive beyond all the data and facts so this is really refreshing. I agree it’s all about the way a car makes you feel. That’s the deciding factor when there are so many good choices on the market.

Then I saw your video of the Polestar and Tesla comparison while at the conclusion while the piano music was playing; I almost cried. Lol. It was so dramatic. Took delivery of Polestar 2 last week, partly because of your videos! Really does feel like a special car. Also, really digging your closing music, had to look them up.
The center console allows you to rest and stabilize your hand when using the screen, instead of trying to poke buttons while holding your hand in the air.

Still happy with it? I test drove this exact configuration recently and it's my dream car. I felt exactly as described in the video. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait a few more months until I can buy it.
@@DevilHorst I still love it 😊 It has been with me for over 45.000 km, long distance and short daily trips and I am still happy each time sitting inside 😄 It’s beautiful, very comfortable, practical, easy to maintain and makes me smile each time I accelerate 😊 had some Internet connectivity issues during the last year though, but the service was very quick and reliable and the problem seems to be solved for good. Still best car ever for me ❤️
Agreed regarding the looks far better looking than the Tesla Model 3 also plenty fast enough for me ! The cream interior is beautiful and gives the cabin a much airier feel.
When are you doing such an article on the Mercedes EQB that it will be possible to know if it is worth buying it I am waiting for your articles to decide on my next vehicle
After having considered all the objective stuff the choice of car will be subjective in the end since all choices will mean some trade offs. Good and honest video!

Awesome review, for some people a car is a point a to b thing but feeling is a big factor buying a car as you really spend alot of time in the car if you use it daily! I drive ~2500km per year which is not much but with an average of 70kmh it amounts to aprox 340h/year spending time in your car..

I am flying 1500 miles to test drive one now that you have gotten me excited about this car. And I’m thinking midnight with the leather, no performance pack, just like in your video.

Subscribed to begge :) Just love my PS2. The leather interior is amazing, just love it. Especially the ventilated seats, when I sit in the car after a long workout it is so comfortable cooling down. Also got the Performance Pack. The only things I dont like is the placement of cupholder (got used to it now tho, and I'm the only one sitting in front 95% of the time) and missing the mudflaps. Those are coming tho. Tomorrow the new update is rolling out with the app.

Recently tried a PS2 for a few days and I as well liked it, but I don't get why the space left of the pedals has to be so small. I have shoe size 49 and it's really uncomfortable. Not even mentioning that the seating position is also uncomfortable for my size (1,95m). Sadly. 😟
Love the front-end of the car, dislike the back. Also think I would get it with performance so maybe I can use the adjustment to lower the car as in my opinion it’s a bit too much cross-over and less sedan.
Thank you for your Videos. They are always very objective. Except this. You warned. But I agree, that the Polestar is great. I don't want to compare it. For every criteria one may find a better one. But as a Polestar driver I can say, that it is just a great package. I love to drive mine. I love cruising comfortably. I use it as a family car. No real need for the performance but just immediately there if you want.
So the Polestar 2 isn’t at the top of the class when it comes to low NVH? (Like you, Kris, I like quiet cars.) How did you find the VW ID.4 in terms of road/wind noise versus the Polestar 2? Of course I might also cross-shop with the Q4 e-tron when it comes out, so I’m sure an Audi wins over a VW in terms of a quiet cabin. But I have to say, as much as I like VWs (I drive an e-Golf now), the Polestar 2 has really captivated me! 😁
But this is just the point with cars. Yes, some objective values might be of interest, but the buying process is mostly a subjective one. Otherwise we would all drive the same car, as objectively it would be the best one.
Fortunately all people have different ideas as to what’s the ‘best’. It’s the joy of finding the car you want to drive. Unless you can only afford an old banger.

You take the polestar I’ll take the ionic 5 77kw 4x4 it will run rings around the polestar, the demo ride I took left me speechless in its quality and finally a big hatch done right , those seats were some of the best in room, a fresh interior not cloned from bmw or vw , Tesla . I. Cannot wait for my delivery

@@ambessashield9360 when they release it to people try it out see it if better for you it's definitely better the car you own but it's still a great car it's bigger almost I would say as Sportage in length or not that far off so see why the leg room so great head room I would say is ok for 6ft.3 without being cramped interior design is straight out of model 3 in the way but with a few essential buttons . Still wish there was a wiper on th back and you do get sound from the boot area at speed but it's livable

you should do an acceleration test on that P2. Car and Driver and Motortrend both tested the 0-60mph times at 4.1s instead of the advertised 4.7s.
