Me too actually. Mod showcases have always been a favorite mc genre of mine even if I don't enjoy playing anymore. (But I'll watch a hundred episode long let's play any day hahaha)
Your videos have evolved, over the duration of your career on this webside, into the best minecraft-mod reviews on TH-cam in my oppinion. you create your videos with an easy to follow structure, include all the necessary information from recepies to needed knowledge for the mod's full enjoyment and you take your time to explain the important things (rather than for example: increase the speed of your spoken words to shorten viedos like some other people do or something like that) Seriously good stuff, sis! Keep it up!!! :D
Omg I love all the references/jokes the mod maker put in this: Tree Stars, Dinosaur Nuggets, the Demon Core, and Soylent Green! this guy has a sense of humor. I also get vibes of Subnautica and Ark: Survival Evolved, like that Sub is 100% inspired from the Seamoth it even has the same headlights.
Its a reference to those ancient cave drawings found in the balkans, I really love how alex included this small little easteregg beacause of the austrian representation!!
The Toxic Caves are a really intriguing addition here. I doubt the creator had deep lore in mind, but these toxic, post-atomic wastes suggest the existence of an older, industrial civilization, one that could far predate the so-called "ancient builders" that built the surface structures. Very cool!
the in game mod help guide describes the toxic caves as "scientific hubris from ages long past" so it was definitley intended to have history behind it.
Abyss chasm? Nice to see it have marine snow, hydrothermal vents and whale falls. Those red things on the bones, I forgot what they are called but they appear on the last *known* stage of a whale fall. The mod creator sure did some research of the deep sea. By the way, sea pigs are real living creatures. 4:53 Yup, that too exist in real life and they are fascinating.
tutorial: you need to find an underground cabin to locate the caves after a hard minigame. Me who spawned 50 blocks away from abbysal chasms within the first world I ever made to test out the mod:I DONT HAVE SUCH WEAKNESSES !!!
Not really, not everything related to see are based from subnautica. The abyssal chasm is based on real life deep sea, and much of the mobs there exists in real life, well, except the others. It is more based on deep sea than subnautica.

Wow! Everyone, of the five new caves, which is your favorite? Me, I like the Abyssal Chasm. A lost underwater civilization? Are you kidding me!? Atlantis, here I come!
The toxic caves remind me of the Last Days resource pack, as the toxic caves looks like the nether biome, and the nuclear creepers are similar to the retextured creepers. I wonder if this is a coincidence.
The fact that each cave has the content of an entire mod in and of themselves is crazy

Yup. Shaders are nice for glory shots and cinematics
