@@paolodibiase9756 hounds as I remember (Basic are, well-hounds. While leaders are reference to wargs) plus, monster meat can be used as weapon(this is reference to ham-bat from don't starve)

The Dark war blade, (21:02) looks and works really similar to The Dragonslayer from Berserk. I'm conviced it is a Berserk reference. Also same with the cursed mark thing acting like the Brand of Sacrifice, attracting spirits.

This mod reminds me so much of fish’s undead rising, very happy that someone else finally took a crack at this concept.
This mod is so cool I love how it just expanded on undead variants it would be awesome to see more bosses out of this mod

This is one of my favorite mob diversity mods, and I hope I can add it to my eventually modded SSP world. The only issue with it is that it doesn’t tend to play nice with dimension mods (or the vanilla End, for that matter.) I heard it’s best to use a mod that lets you edit the spawn rates of various mobs in order to make sure that the BiC mobs don’t spawn in places they shouldn’t, or take up the spawn tables with a bunch of mobs that don’t actually spawn (the latter is an issue someone reported on the mod’s page; they had to edit the spawn table for the End and remove all the unused BiC mobs from it to get their Enderman spawn rates up to normal levels.)
Awesome to see a 1.20.1 update. The undead aspect of my mod pack is almost complete.
This has to be one of my favourite Monster Mobs. It has great diversity, its very well made and gives off a great atmosphere.

This mod is so cool, and takes inspirations from so many different sources! Like the dire hounds from don't starve, the zombies from plants X zombies or left4dead, and so much more! I love it so muchhhh

I love the idea of a Minecraft mob attacking by breaking a beer bottle on the back of the player's head. That's hilarious.
I love this mod so much. I didn’t think Minecraft could make me feel fear again. FYI, blacklist them spawning in Alex’s Caves with incontrol.

There are too many cluttering trash mobs
This looks like a great mod for me, and I get a strong feeling that the creator was inspired by the Headless Horseman from World of Warcraft when creating Sir Pumpkinhead.
skeleton demoman could use some work, like run towards the player while igniting, although a lessor mob it wouldnt be bad to make it a mob to keep players on their toes

by knowing you can parry some random sfx will play same as dodging so its gonna be more challenging

All you need to do is give Skeleton Demoman a bottle of scrumpy, and this mod will be perfect.
This mod is amazing though I think personally I’d only want some of these mobs rather than all of them. Either way I’m glad something likes this exists, it’s refreshing

Didn't we agree back in 2004's DOTA-1, that Viper was an unbalanced and un-fun character for having a rangeless mirror-damage shield? I think it was fixed 18 years later in 2022 when they gave him a fixed range for the damage reflection.

No offense but I accidentally spaced out during the weapons showcase. I think I'd rather see more enchantments than weapons but maybe that's just me. But I was very engaged while seeing all the great mobs. I saw at least a few that I thought would make good additions to the vanilla game like the Thornshell Crab 10:42.
Sir Pumpkinhead 12:49 appears to be heavily based on the Headless Horseman from the Sleepy Hollow legend and the Nightmare Stalker 7:31 remindes me of the Jersey Devil. There's so many it's hard to pick a favorite but the Dark Vortex 7:19, the Thornshell Crab and the Nightmare Stalker are my favorite so far.
I also like the idea of summoning a scarecrow to act as a substitute Golem 6:17.
Could see this being used in a horror modpack, given how some of these monsters feel nightmare-ish in design.
Though I'm probably gonna pass on this mod, as I get squeamish from cave spiders alone. 😅
The Dark Metal Armor is basically the Berserker Armor from Berserk

Very cool mod but I wish it came with a config. Nightmare stalker does not need a 15 second blindness when he can practically 2 shot a player.
okay but this with a more gothic texture pack and some dark magic themed mods would make a perfect "Make Minecraft into Bloodborne/Diablo", Asian Half Squat-like modpack.

Which is funny, because there's a mod that flat-out adds Church Doctors and other Bloodborne mobs to Minecraft called Blood and Madness.
how does combat vs the mobs fair in epic fight, does it do about as well balance wise?
does the lord pumpkin head need to be summon with the craftable infernal evil pumpkin or with the infernal evil pumpkin scattered around the world

The only downside of this mod is that the nightmare stalkers spawn like crazy in the nether making it almost impossible to go anywhere in the biomes they spawn there
