New Balance Hierro v8 100 Mile Update

We reviewed the Hierro v8 from New Balance about 3 months ago and I thought it was time to give you all an update after running about 120 miles in the shoe so far.
We are focusing on fit, comfort, suitability on the trails and durability.

Compared to the v7 how does the sizing work out. Is it more or less the same or is it a bit smaller in comparison?

I didn't run the in v7, but from what I have heard, it is more or less the same sizing.

i have try the v8 in the store only but it feels like the grip in v7 is better ( i've run many miles with v7) do you feel the same?

Having never run in the v7 it's hard for me to say if it is better or not, but the v8 is definitely suited to the summer months, not the winter.
