@Onur Malkoc For now NASA uses russian rockets to send astronauts to the ISS, but they have contracted SpaceX to take over the transfer of astronauts to decrease dependensies on other countries. They are most likely also going to partner up once SpaceX is going to start their mars missions.

It is pretty big update. Full co-op with other players, full scale solar system. It is much harder as there is no reload, no pausing, no time warp.

What I respect most about NASA is that they accomplish all that they do with the tiniest fraction of the US national budget
Probably better that way, test thrir limits and keeps everything streamline. They have small budget so everything must be hardy and as cheapas possible.
Humans work best when we don't have much to work with. Ingenuity.
@@ethancotter4632 on the contrary, the reason we made it from barely getting rockets into Earth orbit to quickly landing on the Moon was because we dramatically expanded the budget for NASA. When we invest in science we grow. We can get people to Mars, send a submarine to Titan, get satellites around the sun to study solar flares, learn to mine asteroids, send a lander to Enceladus, expand our mapping of the galaxy, find more earth-like planets, build better telescopes to observe the earliest moments of the universe and more if we just gave them better funding. In my opinion we are terribly behind and are still puny insects compared to what we should already be. Stop spending 60% of our budget on war and invest on the advancement of the human race.
Jason Sinn I’d have to agree with you. I think the US tried really hard to show that they’re the best during the Cold War militarily but the money that went to NASA sort of dissipated. A high military budget is a weird sort of addiction we can’t seem to get rid of.
@@jasonsinn9237 War? The largest part of our budget is spent on Health and Social Security. Defense is smaller, but still large. Both should be cut dramatically and put to use for science, though.

I have been wondering "if planets between us and the sun could possibly be seen in the nights sky?" Seems I saw Venus cross the night sky through the month of October. It crossed the sky on the night side of the earth. The side facing away from the sun. How on planet earth is this possible? Mercury and Venus are between us and the sun right? The day side of the earth, right? Really how do they cross the night sky?

I work hard all my life to work at NASA, at the end I abandoned because I tried over 5 time(5 years wasted :/) to get highest grades , it was too hard . I envy the brain and inteligence those people have at NASA

If you guys watched the video you would have heard that the goal for getting to Mars is to go from the earth to the moon and then from the moon to Mars. So of course they need some structures there.

As long as I can remember going to the moon has been my biggest dream. When I was 11 years old I told my science teacher I was going to the moon someday and she just laughed at me, I laughed too but deep down it hurt me. I realized that there’s no way a little boy like me was going to make it to the moon and that dream died. But I still found myself day dreaming about it every now and then and astronomy and final frontier explorations kept on fascinating me. I still have posters of rockets and pictures of the moon on my wall from when I was intrigued about everything past our atmosphere and I still find myself watching hours of TH-cam videos on space......0:40 “Returning to the moon”...... I’m a happy little 11 year old boy all over again :)

"This is not about flags or footprints" That is what I love about space travell and pioneering, it connects all of humanity. They are not doing that as americans, chinese or russians, they are doing it as humans.
At 0.40 they specifically say "We're building the next chapter of American exploration". That sounds like making it about flags and footprints to me.

To be honest, "building the next chapter of American space exploration" could be interpreted as a statement referring to the redevelopment of the US' space capabilities via commercial crew (Crew Dragon and Starliner especially) and via NASA's own Orion craft.

Ever since I was a little kid I have been fascinated with space and NASA, kids thought I was weird in middle school because I skipped proms to watch small rocket launches and whenever I saw one I just felt at home. It wasn’t until this year that I realized just how hard of a goal I had set myself to as I am a high school student taking AP calc, I am studying hard and learning more and more every day and I hope that one day I can stand in the position I have always dreamt of as a child.
SpicyMeme 22 college is the hard part, it’s suppose to be the greatest mental challenge yet. After college, it’s smooth, finish it.
