On this channel we go deep... REALLY DEEP into abandoned mines and tunnels all throughout the western United States. We researched some of the harder to find mines and hiked or 4x4 back into them to explore and reveal their hidden secrets. Many of these remote locations are filled with cool artifacts, antiques and unique geology that will have you guessing as to why the old prospectors worked so hard to find gold, silver, and other minerals.
A&FP moves just a bit slower as compared to other mine exploring channels. Gly discusses why the miners chose these sites and he points out the geology and minerals that got them excited. Veins of quartz filled with gold and silver made many men lose sleep in the 1800’s and early 1900’s and modern prospecting still does to this very day.
DANGERS? Oh yes, there’s allot of dangers associated with old mines. Un-exploded dynamite, blasting caps, bad air, bats, spiders, and snakes all find their home in abandoned mine shafts and tunnels. Oh, and let’s not forget rotting timbers, flooded passages and collapsing rock!
Gly takes abandoned mine exploring seriously with all the proper safety equipment, training, and experience necessary to do this activity as safe as possible but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a bit of fun along the way. “Gly”, your host and his band of crazy characters “Old Bob” (Gly’s Jeep), “Quackers” (Gly’s duck) and “Bobbie” (Gly’s hula girl) are sure to brighten your day with their comments and silly antics. Heck, they may even give you a chuckle or two.

If it were me i'd investigate the mine where he shot his last video at the start of his journey to the M cave. If i remember the story that's where they found his camera with his last video?!🤔 And his truck was nearby that area. If i remember no-one investigated the straight down shaft. Maybe he fell in or jumped? Or was pushed? Not surprised there's no trace the coyotes would've torn and scattered his body parts if he succumbed to the elements or slipped and fell somewhere off a loose rocky mountain face,cliff.....Sayin

Has this poor guy still not been found? Someone should organize a party to see if he can be found. I would be willing to help. I am a Vegas local. I am sure many people would volunteer.
A kid in my town drove about 20 miles out of town and walked into the hills to off himself, his car was found next day, they searched for weeks, took over a year before a hunter stumbled upon him. The person that finds Kenny will most likely do so by accident.

Happened upon human remains few times while exploring off the beaten path. Avoid disturbing the area, report the find to authorities, ASAP. Worst find was a decaying murder victim, my nose "spotted" the corpse.
He’s probably just bones by now. They would have to identify he clothes. Please report anything u guys find. Would love to find Kenny
When I lived in the foothills above sparks Nevada as a kid, we lived on the edge of civilization. When I was 15 my sister and I went up on the top of a prominent peak and laid out pathways with small rocks. 8 years later I visited the hills and those formations we arranged were still intact. This was in the 2000s

Watching Gly's videos is different from other mine exploration videos. Most videos you watch seem to rush you through everything like a tutorial. But watching Gly's videos, he basically takes you on a field trip through the mines
“Gly”: I’m happy you enjoy my style of exploring and documentation. Thank you! I find many other mine exploring videos produced by other channels to be very “dry” or “la de da” in their dialog approach and many have little to no camera discipline at all. I get really frustrated when I see another explorer document a mine and they rush through it like a fighter jet bypassing all the interesting things it contains just to make it to the end or into the bottom. Every mine has it’s own special characteristics and I try to be a connoisseur of everything I’m seeing.
Found your channel while doing a yt search on Kenny and the M cave. I’m excited for the upcoming videos you’re putting out on the subject. Definitely earned yourself another subscriber! 👍🏽 u made this announcement back in December and were in Feb now so seems like I found u at just the right time…..can’t wait!
