it's definitely neurotic and clearly makes the people is he is trying to teach nervous. I love him though anyway. people like that make the world interesting. he's got to be one of the hardest working guys in the world and you certainly need a lot of energy to do what he does.

I understand where you're coming from. Even though this is a show and yes he should slow down, but chefs in reality are trained and drilled to their heads to move swiftly. There are hungry, waiting, paying customers to feed. Time is money in the restaurant business.
