Trafficker Gets Snitched On, Becomes Enraged

An officer was sitting stationary on US 90. A Blue Ford F-150 passed him. Recognizing the vehicle from a previous stop, the officer decided to pull out and get behind the truck - to confirm that everything was valid (previously it had not been). As soon as the officer pulled out, the vehicle slowed drastically and changed lane. The vehicle then abruptly made a right turn. The officer followed and ran the tag - everything was valid so he passed the vehicle.
The officer stopped just west of Cherokee and observed the truck turn around to come back out to US 90, less than a minute since it turned down there. Upon sight of his patrol car, the vehicle then reversed back down Cherokee out of sight. Based on the behavior, he had suspicions that it may be involved in criminal activity and was possibly trying to elude him. Due to this, he decided to make a consensual encounter to ensure everything was ok and attempt to identify to occupants.
As he pulled on to Cherokee, the vehicle was stopped in the middle of the road. He parked to allow them plenty of room to exit US 90. The other female deputy pulled up at the same time. As he exited his patrol car, the driver and passenger immediately exited the truck. He immediately recognized the driver from previous encounters. The rest of the incident can be seen in the footage.

Yeah, there's usually legal defenses you can try to use in any arrest situation to claim it wasn't done properly. But hers don't fit at all. Then she complains that they had no reason to pull them over/no traffic violation. But as they pointed out, they didn't pull them over. Then she says they didn't turn their lights on. As the driver of any vehicle, you are directly responsible for anything and everything contained within, on, and even under the vehicle. The only exceptions involve cab/bus drivers who have no expectation of knowing their passenger(s) on a personal level. And even then, if an officer smells or sees it lying in plain sight, the cab driver should have been aware enough to have smelled or seen whatever the officer seen or smelled.
That cab liner tells all anyone needs to know. The driver knew about, approved conveyance, and probably directly manufactured the narcotics.

9 times out of 10 the one yelling fussing and repeating themselves is the guilty party. One time when the person in the back says they can't breathe after talking as much as she did. I wish the officer would have said " if you can't breathe try not talking for a bit and take deep breaths." 😅
