Especially for women, the conversion rate is much better than for men. It helps to eat less omega-6, as then it will convert much better. 1 tablespoon of flaxseed has 2.350g of ala, so 2 tbs has 4.7g. 4.7 * 0.05 = 0.235g 4.7 * 0.025 = 0.1175g So over 300mg of both combined, and without consuming heavy metals or plastic. And that more than covers the daily recommended amount of ALA, which is 1.6 g. Lastly, but most importantly, there can be no pretending that fishing is in any way "humane". Fish are treated like sea vegetables and they almost invariably die an excruciating death of suffocation after their mouth gets pierced with a metal hook.
