Weapon damage is around 7-8k buffed. Recovery 2.2k with rally. 2.6k with potion. 27.5k health and 27k stam. Build was posted because people wanted to see what i used in my previous video. I'll upload more gameplay soon. That should answer all the questions.

@@call_me_day People who post build videos should always post some game play footage of some sort, even if it is just one clip. Nobody should have to sift through a list of videos to see if that particular video is the one where the person is running the exact build or if that person is really good. This video popped up in my recommended. I am not subscribed to this channel. So my first interaction with Palatine ESO is a stam blade build with no shot of wpn dmg fully buffed nor gameplay footage. Obviously I did not subscribe, and I actually gave him a dislike for being carried by mythic.

What is best way to level up
Only vamp for weapon dmg ? Is stage 3 too expenssive for skills?

Do you think impenetrable trait is necessery?I use 7 well-fitted now.
I can sustain perfectly fine with 4 well fitted so i dont see the need for me to have more. Id rather be tankier with making the rest impent
