No comment of quality, price,quantity, security n safety, preservative using level, health issues, n batter life certificate, one kg batter price n out put number of idili or dosa ratio of rice n urad Dall for batter making etc.. 1) I am in qatar and i am using indian coffee and popular batter . Both printed with " 100% natural" and "no preservative". When i taste the batter , toung gets itching as like "Eno" taste. Batter which i prepare in my house will have sour taste but it will not itch. I am trying to find the answer .... and not found yet ?. Here govt is very strict manufactures can not do false advertisement.
2) Both the batter packs never get bulged. Trying to understand how it is possible.
