Should I use this/ will I use this... yes, definitely. Not for a lead vocal but interested in creating female backing vocals and/ or double track my vocals.
Excellent demo. I started using this miraculous program about one month ago or so. Since I've started using it I've found that this program is capable of uncanny results. I've got the East West Hollywood singers and they sound good but it takes 100 times more of hard work than this only for voices behind the main (human) voice. There is a before and after of this and it's almost scary to think what this could be in 2 or 4 years. I can't hide that I'm a mediocre singer so this came to save my time and all my projects.
I've been playing around with this for the last few days. I'm getting decent results when the singer is singing words but long sustained notes like "ooo" or "ah" sound terrible. Very thin and mechanical. Lyrics in the midi file that are spread over several tied/slurred phrases don't seem to always import correctly. Hopefully I can figure it out as this could save me a lot of time creating rehearsal tracks for my choir. These issues were when I started with a midi file. Perhaps if I enter the notes in the program directly it will be better.
Very nice. This seems to have integrated most of the features of Synthesizer V + Vocoflex, in one streamlined program. The only advantages Synth V + V flex are real-time singing / vocal change and you can buy them outright for a one-time fee. Ace Studio might be my vocal program of choice, since its priced competitively to other AI vocal software, and with more features. Cheers, mate!
did you ever use vocoflex? I just bought it last week and i’m super sad about it. Vocoflex doesn’t pick up all the words and just sounds super robotic, no matter how hard i try. Can anyone relate or has secret tips for using it? 😅
I want to give new lyrics to an existing public domain melody but don't know how to do it in Suno. I guess I would have to work from MIDI. Could anyone point me towards more detailed tutorials on that? TIA
Can it handle melisma, or is it always one word per note? Also, can you make it rap or do screamo singing? Is there any sort of community support for what appears to be a very interesting plugin? Google doesn't turn up much...
Hi Joe! Thanks for watching this and really glad you enjoyed it. Ace Studio allows you to customise your own voice model and there are several AI singers to choose from, with lots of different styles so it's worth playing around. They have their own Discord server, which might be helpful to join! discord.com/invite/AmWM4AHjUv
Something's terribly wrong with my trial of Ace Studios. I'm having bad latency issues even with simply inserting an audio track, and with recording a vocal track ! I was gearing up to go for a subscription, but not if I can't resolve these issues !
Copying and pasting lyrics into a MIDI line doesn't work that well. Also, when you have a word spread over several notes, the program has trouble figuring out what to do. So when you try and manually type in the word (shoes#1 shoes#2), it renders it as "shoes, shoes". I wish there was a dedicated community on this software.
Every voice in ACE has a noticeable Asian accent... Even the custom voices people have shared. None of them sound like a native US or UK English singer. I asked the support about it and they admit that this is a known issue...
Ace studio is very good at creating generic vocals. It can't, as yet, create powerful rock vocals. I'm sure, as the technology improves, it will be able to eventually. But I'm not sure how long it will take before it can do that.
no ethical questions whatsoever - it's another tool, just like synthesizers, electric guitars, DAWs etc you name it. as i always say, "there has to be a monkey" to use the tool to make something artistically valid - as you pointed out yourself, these things don't work themselves (yet)!
Great video. Better than the demos on the ACE Studio Site.
I installed this tool many days ago on trial, couldn't have a good result, with your video now I can do increíble things. Thanks You

Is there a monthly billing option? I only see a yearly option at checkout
The Rent-To-Own option on Ace Studio's website allows you to pay in monthly installments and own the software after a couple of years. Enjoy!

1:45 need to hear more about this. 👀
Yeah it seems like a pretty crazy feature, doesn't it!
I need another DAW to make this work? Where's the tutorial on how to make that work?
Hi Alex! The workflow in this tutorial is all done within Ace Studio, which you can download for both Windows and Mac :)

WOULD THIS SOFTWARE BE EFFECTIVE PRODUCING CHILDREN’S VOICES?
