I was listening to this while I was getting ready to leave the house, I had just started to brush my teeth when I heard something fall in the office which is right across from the bathroom, I went to check it out & I saw that a little booklet my dad had piled on a few other books had fallen on the floor, there wasn’t any windows open & no one else was home. I read the back of the book and it’s said “Pray the daily rosary” I’d been slacking so it really took me by surprise, the booklet was a reflection of the mysteries! I've been going to Medjugorje for about 8 or 9 years. I'm not sure whether I believe in the visionaries or not , but saying that, there is something very special about the place. One could argue that you can feel that in any place where you have many people praying together Indeed it was Medjugorje that called me back into the Church. A couple of things happened to me on my first visit that ended up with me going back to Confession for the first time in 38/39 years. Never seen anything specific until 2 years ago , that on the way from my hotel to the Church, that I seen and found it hard to take my eyes of the sun which was pulsating, moving in and out towards us ( many of us seen it) and colours changing. I have it captured on my phone.
My husband told me that when he was a little boy, Mother Mary would sit on his bed and he would talk to her . He thought this was completely normal and that all the kids could see her . He found out fast that wasn't the case . He didn't tell anyone anymore. He passed away in February, and I absolutely believe he was special, and he's talking with her again.
I believe this because One of my older brothers( Daniel) had similar interactions with her. Once at adoration at a chapel and once in his bedroom. The time it happened in his room she had roses and was offering them with arms stretched out to him. My brother was really shy as a kid and didn’t take them. However, my mom was once at home doing some chores and all of a sudden had a strong smell of roses come to her, she followed where the smell was coming from and it was from his room. I was once at mass with my brother and when it ended we walked out and a woman came up to him and gave him a prayer card with Mary on it. He still keeps it in his wallet to this day. I truly believe there’s something special there for him. Long story but thought I’d share with you.

We used to have "Spot the Difference" brain teaser puzzles in our Sunday newspaper. I can spot at least three major differences between the photos. Her crown appears to be different. The gold border on the veil has texture on the first and is smooth on the second. Difference in background stands out the most. At the very least, the photos were taken at different angles/different times. My sense is a "photoshop," or different statues.
I agree I noticed those differences as well….I’m not say the woman is trying to pull a fast one but the photos could lead one to think the statue did blink when in fact it didn’t and I’m 100 % positive it didn’t……it was no miracle that much is certain.
naw the photo looks different side by side due to the user's moving the camera, also the auto focus kicked in when the statue blinked. The issue isn't the photo though. It is the fact that no evidence is good enough or believed by a jackass.
I love Our Lady very much & am a Catholic. So, I know,…. & I DO BELIEVE, that a few statues of Our Blessed Mother HAVE changed in appearance (w/tears, as Our Lady of Akita has done) & probably other statues as well,…but….I also know that if the ANGLE of the camera is off even by a millimeter, it can change the entire look of the face. If u look closely, u can see that her head covering is angled differently & her crown isn’t as detailed. @@MaruAnderson-111 I’m Catholic, but this doesn’t pass the smell test for me as a “miracle”. A Catholic lady a few years ago in Florida (you can Google all the details) regained her sight after going blind… medical imagery and records all confirmed the condition which severely atrophies blood vessels in the optic system, and even the doctors were surprised as the condition she had starved the optic nerves and eyes from blood. That to me is a miracle confirmed as best you can, not a blurry photo. What’s more interesting about the lady regaining her vision was it occurred alongside a feast day or something along those lines, a very big coincidence. Her condition also wasn’t just a short blindness that then corrected, it had gone on for some time to the extent clear damage was done. All healed. She had by her words prayed many hours for God to restore her vision just so she could see her kids again. Love made the difference.

I just think it's important to represent all truth for the sake of the non believers and the non Catholic's. If this happened to the lady's that's awesome and I believe that God can do anything but my heart doesn't believe the second photo is true. Something about it.

In Medjugorje, Mother Mary says she is there to continue what she started in Fatima! So, people see the sun dancing, and I have seen photographs of the Lourdes statue in the church. She is looking up with large eyes, or looking down with near closed eyes.
Catholic here, I love the miracle itself, however this requires investigation, we must exhaust all possibilities before jumping into conclusions. Lets remember nowadays it's easy to photoshop any pictures and even videos by A.I.
That is very true. But these blessed statues do change appearance at Gods will. I didn’t believe that once until it happened to my own statue of Our Lady one Sunday. Her statue changed from a sad face to a beaming smile and back again
Canton Ohio is a significant city. Mother Angelica who started EWTN, largest Catholic worldwide TV, radio and media network, came from Canton. And Rhonda Wise, on track to sainthood already, lived in Canton. Oh, and famous radio psych Dr. Ray Gaurendi lives in Canton as well. Hmmmm😂
My husband and I are looking at the two pictures and he's noticing other differences (like the background is different). He's not sure it's the same statue.

Darlene, I am very familiar with Regina Pacis! Could you be more specific as to which Mary statue as there are several and give details on what happened?
@anitasez It was several years ago. It was a huge staue of Mary in the back of the church on the side of the altar. At that time, I think the staues were there temporarily. Shipped in from somewhere. It wasn't the small ones I saw in the pictures on their website. It was extraordinary. Big heavy statue. My friend Madelain and I were scared to touch the statue because it gave off a heavy presence. Finally, we touched it. It moved, and we both looked at each other with wide eyes as to say, "Did you feel that." We were speechless. It was way too heavy to move at all. We walked away knowing no one would believe us. It was our own personal experience. We were witnesses together.
@@darlenekearney3259 Thank you for your quick reply! I am there at least 3x a week. I always feel a strong presence. All Souls Day 2023 a breeze turned the pages of my prayer book. As you know the Basilica is huge and being October the doors are closed so at first I was freaked out. Afterwards I felt calm because I knew God was with me and saw it as a good sign. ✨✨
My mother Claimed the Statue of Mary at St James Square Medjugore smiled at her. So why not believe in these personal signs. But its all a Sign to Jesus and to Pray the Rosary daily to get closer to him through Prayer. We should see the Marian Miracles as a sign to get closer to Jesus through listening to the messages or seeing Mary pointing us to her Son

I'm naturally skeptical. It's why I was so hardcore as an atheist for the last 15+ years. When I suddenly started going to Mass all my atheist friends what new evidence I had. I have nothing but 3 divine revelations. It took 3 times because I refused to believe what I was experiencing was real. Sometimes, it's just for you.
This! My son had an experience with Jesus and our Priest told him after hearing about it said it was a message just for him because of the significance of that particular message to that state of life my son was in. Others it likely would have no significant at all. Sometimes private revelations show remain between you and your confessor/spiritual director
I’m like you, so skeptical. I would even say, hard-headed. I’m from a Jewish family that practiced “Reform Judaism,” which means not very religious. I didn’t believe in anything and nobody could have persuaded me otherwise. Then, on March 12, 1990, I had a dream, followed by a powerful conversion experience like St. Paul. I realized instantly that Jesus is real, He’s alive, and He has all the power and all the love. I fell madly in love with my Messiah. That evening, I got on my knees and told Jesus, “Lord, I’m yours body and soul, do whatever You want with me.” I asked Him to find me my church before Easter, which was one month away. I didn’t know one church from another, there are so many different ones. Finally, on Good Friday, after a lot of adventures, the Lord led me to the Catholic Church. I’ve been Catholic since August 22, 1991, when I entered the Church, and I’m still madly in love with Jesus. To me, it’s entirely a miracle, I was so lost and so far from God. I thank Him every day for my Catholic Faith. It’s the greatest gift I ever received. I know people who have seen Mary, which I do believe can happen, but I am still skeptical of statues that do things. There is a devil too, you know, who loves to trick people. I believe the evidence for Our Lady of Guadalupe. The facts about Juan Diego’s Tilma are irrefutable. I believe the Eucharistic miracles that have been approved by the Church, because I do believe in the Real Presence. But I’m very wary of many other things. It’s better to be cautious, as you were. The Lord is patient and merciful. He didn’t give up on you even after 3 times ! 😄🙌😊
The reason she closed Her eyes was to express Her disappointment with the talking that goes on inside the church, as well as because the Fatima statue people are selling items inside the church. This needs to stop! Commerce & conversation must take place outside of the church.
The more I study the two photos the more it appears to be a distortion from the camera. Not only are her eyes closed but she’s missing a left eye brow. The flatness in the detail is also a “clue”. We can’t always rely on what we see with our eyes, much less the eye of a camera phone.
The gold trim is smoother looking on right side Mary. It’s almost like in this photo the cameraman is at a higher angle looking down on Mary where in the first photo it appears to be taken from below Mary
When I was an eagle-eyed young professional around 1980 or so, I would often visit one of the oldest churches in Essex Co. N.J. It is St. John's in Orange, N.J. One day I went to pray in front of a beautiful old statue of Mary to the left side of the front of the church. Nobody was in the church at the time but me. As I was praying in front of the large statue, similar to the one above, that was roped off so people could not get too close I noticed what I thought were tears coming down from her left eye. I looked around the church to see if light was glinting from one of the stained glass windows. There was no white light entering that I could detect, only dim colored light through very old stained glass windows. As I tried to approach to get a better look, a door from the back of the church opened and a priest walked up near the alter to do something. I lost confidence and backed off because I didn't want to offend the roped off area. The statue looked very similar to the one in the above video. To this day, I'm convinced I saw tears. I wish I didn't lose my nerve and got closer. Years later when I told my priest of this event, he told me it was better that I backed off. I've told this story before. There was no white light coming in from the windows, they were all colored. The tears looks very real from about ten feet away. That's about as close as I got. I've visted that statue many times before and many times after, but I never saw the "tears" again. To this day I wonder if those tears were meant for me, or for others.
I think what is puzzling to me is her mouth is open as well. My first thought was has it been altered. Blacked out. That’s what holds me back in this story. Our Lady is so beautiful.
This discussion reminds me of a story the late Fr. DeMello used to say: ‘Somebody came up to me once during a conference and asked, "What about 'Our Lady of Fatima'"? What do you think of her? When I am asked questions like that, I am reminded of the story of the time they were taking the statue of Our Lady of Fatima on an airplane to a pilgrimage for worship, and as they were flying over the South of France the plane began to wobble and to shake and it looked like it was going to come apart. And the miraculous statue cried out, "Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for us!" And all was well. Wasn't it wonderful, one "Our Lady" helping another "Our Lady"? ‘
Hello my fellow catholic brothers and sisters. I'm of the belief that the image may have been taken on portrait mode which can change or "enhance" the image, hence why the wrinkles in Mary's veil and details in the crown are gone in the second image.
I just think it's important to represent all truth for the sake of the non believers and the non Catholic's. The church has so many Miracles; Eucharistic, incorrupt bodies of saints, the Tilma of our Lady of Guadalupe, Shroud of Turin. I really want everyone to believe. If this happened to the lady's that's awesome and
I believe that God can do anything but my heart doesn't believe the second photo is true. Something about it.
I’ve been to Fatima and since my husband is a deacon we were blessed and surprised to lead a decade of the rosary and it was our anniversary at the shrine!! We were there with our bishop 2016. Also had a private experience. Was amazing. But I don’t think
When I hear things such as this, I hear the words of Luke 2:19 "And Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart.". Blessed be the name of the Lord.

Great episode, thank you and always in my prayers.
Amen. Hail. Mary. Amen🙏♥️
I think that statue is coming to our Parish this week! 🙏🏻👑☺️
Hmmmm😂
There is no doubt that this is for real! I believe!!!!
My husband and I are looking at the two pictures and he's noticing other differences (like the background is different). He's not sure it's the same statue.
The mouth looks different too
The background is not the same
You need to experience it to understand
Quite like Mona Lisa - pictures don’t capture its quality.

The Church must accept that these apparitions are beyond any scientific research
Spiritual entities can affect digital technologies.
Have people put on the brown scapular - have it blessed if possible.

Graven images and good luck charms. Jesus spoke of little else.
Her mouth is open too, her crown is smooth and the edge of her veil looks different.
I love the copy of the Grail cup from Last Crusade!
I choose to believe in the power of prayer in the Rosary. The Blue Army, prayer chains, chanting prayer and being in the midst of prayer can lead us to a deeper spirituality. We pray for small miracles and accept what we are given.
I and my friend had an experience with a St. Mary statue at Regina Padres church in Brooklyn NY
Could you please tell us what happened? Many thanks from Italy.
@@anitasez it's our own experience. I believe it because I've had the experience. People might think we're crazy
Good show Thank you and praying hard for Jen
If praying in front of the statue brings someone closer to Our Lady that is good. You might doubt but don’t scoff.

Wow! Ryan S. looks different. If not for the voice, I would have thought he was a new presenter. 😂
Her Medal of the Immaculate Conception is even more “miraculous” but the world had turn away…

The more I study the two photos the more it appears to be a distortion from the camera. Not only are her eyes closed but she’s missing a left eye brow. The flatness in the detail is also a “clue”. We can’t always rely on what we see with our eyes, much less the eye of a camera phone.
The crown on her hood is different. The background is very different in each picture.
The gold trim is smoother looking on right side Mary. It’s almost like in this photo the cameraman is at a higher angle looking down on Mary where in the first photo it appears to be taken from below Mary
Ryan is really handsome without all that beard.
☺️ you’re making me blush.
I have seen this statue at a near by church. Her eyes are jet black so maybe that's why it appears like this. But we still love her.
I don't know if it was just me, but I wasn't able to hear the clip from the account.

I will say that the wall behind the statue changes between both photos.

Hahhahaha 🥸
Been praying for your wife
I think what is puzzling to me is her mouth is open as well. My first thought was has it been altered. Blacked out. That’s what holds me back in this story. Our Lady is so beautiful.
Images of the statue are right at 5:00
She is suffering from the lost souls 💔
This discussion reminds me of a story the late Fr. DeMello used to say:
‘Somebody came up to me once during a conference and asked,
"What about 'Our Lady of Fatima'"? What do you think of her? When I
am asked questions like that, I am reminded of the story of the time
they were taking the statue of Our Lady of Fatima on an airplane to a
pilgrimage for worship, and as they were flying over the South of
France the plane began to wobble and to shake and it looked like it
was going to come apart. And the miraculous statue cried out, "Our
Lady of Lourdes, pray for us!" And all was well. Wasn't it wonderful,
one "Our Lady" helping another "Our Lady"? ‘
Even for a catholic story that was partucularly stupid.
Hello my fellow catholic brothers and sisters. I'm of the belief that the image may have been taken on portrait mode which can change or "enhance" the image, hence why the wrinkles in Mary's veil and details in the crown are gone in the second image.
So now Fernandez gets to decide for all of us.
Also isn't this why the church doesn't rule on appearances until the visions end?
HOW COME THE BACKGROUND IS DIFFERENT FOR BOTH PICTURES?
