Respect is not just a nice-to-have for them, it's an absolute necessity. However, respect cannot be demanded or forced upon someone - it must be earned. It is the foundation of any healthy relationship, whether personal or professional. And for Sigma men, respect is non-negotiable. While many things can earn their respect, there are also certain behaviors and actions that will guarantee they will immediately lose respect for someone. Here are 10 of them.

Yes, this happened to me. I am a Sigma Male..1992 to 2004. Working as a sales manager. NASDAQ corporation. My boss was jealous of me because I could sell our products. $1.6 million a year. I was threatened with Termination on a regular basis. My assistant who thought he could do my job constantly lied to my customers and management about my leading performance worked to get me fired. I finally quit and my branch lost $600K in sales after I quit. Toxic people!! I now like working alone. I have a good job with a good company. I am the fixer and specialist. The management appreciates me.

I can't argue with any of these points. Respect is hard earned and easily lost. Personal treatment is important. Do onto others as you'd have done to you. Some people just can't do that.

@@christopherregister2246 being polite is different from giving respect. Politeness is the first way to earn respect. If someone is treated with politeness but can't reciprocate, then respect is not gained.

Intolerable, huh? My second wife, total narcissist, knew it from day eight, was, is, remains, and always will be one. After 20 years of “bound” marriage, 40 months of a 60 month sentence spent in federal prison while [she] played me, watched while she lauded her perfectly planned execution of our [current] separation the last 42+ months so she could retain the benefits of income independence, I provided, and remained married since getting my life back together, I can tell you it hasn’t been easy.!. As of this day, we still communicate and I am helping her with all those bills pilling up due to bad karma she recently experienced. My point is, respect may be non-negotiable, but she’s still my wife. I still love and feel sorry for her like I always have and will… even with all those thousand dagger cut scars I’ll live with she inflicted along the way. She will always be, a wannabe… millionaire that is. ME! I’m just an old dawg now. Cook’n for myself! And I don’t need to ask her permission! THAT’S how my Sig beat her this far. My biggest breakthrough in relation to this video was coming to the realization that i dont have to have friends, i want friends. If people cost me my peace then they have no place in my life. It is hard to cut long term friends out of my life but it pretty much always ends up paying off in the long run.

I have dealt with people like these in this video all of my life! Over these past 3-4 years I have finally seen the light and see these people for who they really are and not by what I like or hope for them to be. Everyone who tried to do any of these things to me have destroyed themselves one way or another - some fired, some stagnated in their careers, some put in their right place, some stuck in a vicious never ending cycle of insecurity, some in a delusional success which is so limiting that they won’t grow for next 10 years - I can only feel sorry for them, I genuinely tried to show them their future with logic in a one-to-one situation, but they took it on their egos and destroyed themselves.
You give your best with genuinely good intentions, leave the rest for universe - it will take its course, we are just a medium never a cause.

One of the points remind me of something that kinda irks me, when somebody is sharing something about them and you listen, shows your attention and even enthusiasm, but they monopolize the conversation. During your share, they basically don't care and go back to spinning their yarn. 🤦🏻♂️

It is possible that it is already a very advanced stage, in which, we are already surrounded by this type of people.
It is an environment, deeply saturated with fallen men (and distressed women).
And I get to see all these types of people, all together in one place, the same day, every day.
Which means it's not about "who" or "how" they are, but rather that we are ALREADY among them or surrounded by them.
Something very similar to the experiences of the Roman stoics.
This implies that the sigma male, in the current stage, of a narrow space and limited time for personal development, must be a "complete" sigma at all cost, capable of integrating himself at an unsuspected speed, and reaching the understanding and wisdom, that requires his pursuit of freedom.

You got that right, i've been encounter someone at work with two face, and now with someone who can't shut up. i've been making my own reputation since 1982 when i start to work. in my high school year i help a friend in class making wallet that cost me for next lvl just because it was to hard for him. i was mad about myself that i should help him. This taught me a lesson that they need to learn for themselves. the work we put up to be the best and someone destroy, we won't do the same mistake twice. is no point to get angry by falling down, just get back on the horse and make better judgement for ourselves. We've can't change the past, but we can only excel to be best version

I grew up with a brutal and narcissistic dad. He's the one who made me a sigma. I learned how to outsmart him, even though he was a very intelligent man. But his intelligence had limitations because when you're a narcissist you don't learn from others. I learned that dominating people is easy to do when you're intelligent and physically imposing, but dominating someone doesn't earn you respect. I want respect. Something I never fully received from my dad, though no one really received it from him.

Coming from a sigma + a Virgo I had a someone talk someone in the firing me and then they had to pay me severance after 14 years , I didn't see that coming since I was a Virgo .... pretty much know what people are thinking now .. someone will get hired as a low position person like a quality control then they want to move up and if they don't their ears opened up wide Ville listen and then if they don't like you then he'll talk someone higher up to get getting rid of you lol
I've learned I lose respect for those who overly praise people for small tasks to build their ego in an attempt to be more reliant on that dopamine rush from that or those individuals
It's a subtle way to manipulate others over time and earn favor when in a losing confrontation
Some people need that "good job" or "I appreciate it" but acting like it was a life-saving task when all you did was give them a jump start in a busy part of town or offering $20 for gas is just annoying and exaggerated for no reason

If someone is aware of the nature of somebody and Identify them as narcissist then I suppose they can be taken at face value for who they are & learn to be with them too cause they'd have certain things too where they feel they need improvement. True too. It takes a big man to accept they are wrong. We all try to be correct always but we aren't always. To have the will to make attempts at correcting them, recognizing it to be wrong in the first place is a priority 😊🙂.
It's disconcerting really to come to grips with it that some people do these voluntarily not thinking enough about the person or prioritizing themselves over others. But once you're cognizant of what is it that you ought to do; you have to do it in reality. Not merely as a sense to upholding the decorum but also because that's what makes us humans - listening to what the other has to speak or share with your likes 😊☺. Doesn't always need to be correspondent with one's likings but does do the job quite well as long as orientation ensues upon the topic of discussion.

Yes, well, he's not my friend, but my cousin. 3 months apart, but he's always been a sigma lol since birth. I was a late bloomer; opened up the floodgates around the age of 16. We gel so well lol it's like the double dragons 🐲. I'm more advanced than he is now, the full blown family life weighs him down. Telepathy is sorta/kinda a real thing.... we don't have to say much to understand each other. It's a beautiful thing!

I'm an Alpha male. I recently had reason to go thru surgery. I opted to stay awake while they cut on my body. Apparently this is unusual. To distract myself from what they were doing to my body I started telling the attending nurse about my life experiences as a salvage diver, professional car thief and ski bum. They were true stories that in answer to the question, what happened next? The only answer could have been, well I died of course who could have lived thru that. An example, I was stuck in quicksand once 30 feet below water on a black water dive. It was pitch black. By the end of the surgery the nurse had fallen in love with me in that Erroll Flynn infatuation way. I came back to the hospital a week later for a follow up visit. There were six nurses in the room who had found some reason or other to be there. As I walked out of the visit I here one of the nurse exclaim to the others, 'that's my kind of man'. I'm 73. lol
